Well tbh I see it OTT the other way. You included. Which was surprising to me as I always agreed with you mostly as a poster.

It's not Biggie tho. As long as everyone wants a win next game I have no issue I guess after my digs lol

Huh, I haven't been over the top about it?

I didn't want Robins sacked. I didn't want Lampard in.

But both those things have happened and so Lampard has my full support. There's been some encouraging signs and obviously I hope he fucking smashes it and rams my doubts down my throat.

Yes we definitely look better in attack. Playing with more pace and purpose, less of the slow ponderous passing around the centre backs.

The other main difference is simply the number of men in the box when attacking, we're committing more men forwards into the penalty area when the ball is out wide.

Yeah, probably no coincidence Eccles got two today as well.

Hopefully our midfield players are going greatly benefit from having Lampard at the club

I have been very anti Lampard as a manager. Until he joined here, at which point he had my full backing.

He just has big shoes to fill and a lot to do to match the success of the previous manager, that's all.

No matter who we hired the would have large shoes to fill. Mark robins is a ccfc legend.

I see I’m living rent free in the forum resident mentalists head. Yes Lampard has done ok so far, with small signs of improvement, but to suggest that’s Portsmouth result wasn’t a disaster is ridiculous.

Irony is, if Bassette put that second in against Pompey, there's every chance we could have been 4-0 up by half time. They were making mistakes for fun. That Collins stinker turned everything because we panicked and they grew in confidence.

Yep said that in the match thread.

Lampards done ok. 10 points from 6, but we haven’t played many teams in the top half. That’s when it will be interesting to see.

Shall I expose your posting history over Lampard?

Wilson is back next week so prob the last time you see collins also one def signing lined up for jan but one has to leave as well, maybe Tavares, working on 2 others, get the impression we won’t waste money in January to panic buy to finish mid table, ecpectations Are mid table / top half,-and add/ sell in the summer,

Tavares was not on the bench today, maybe a sign of his impending departure. I wish him good luck if he goes, he's done nothing wrong just not quite the ticket.
