I've got a feeling EMC is going to play 10. (Apart from that's his number) Can't see us benching Haji and can't see us spending 4million + on a back up. He has played as a 10 before. Unless we are going 2 up top? Guess we will have to wait and see.

Would seem odd to spend that much on a player and play him out of position. I think Robins has said he wants to play Wright in the centre and anyway we have bought Rudoni so can't see EMC being in the number 10 position. My guess is we will rotate EMC, Wright Simms and Sakamoto which gives us good depth but it will be interesting who starts the season. It's good to have some competition for these places unlike the end of the season.

Why play a player out of position? We also have 2 more natural 10s at the club. EMC will play on t he left and sometimes right. Haji will play on the left and sometimes up front or on the right.

We can also play Torp more advanced as well.

Good to hear. As nice as it is to have the info coming through on here it all came across as very unprofessional. Its not like it was a one off thing. Having a constant flow of team info and who is / isn't signing shouldn't really be happening at this level.

I agree, it’s good to have quality sitting on the bench, it means we’re a more complete team. The likes of Leeds, Burnley etc won’t have a problem benching quality players, there’s shit loads of games to play throughout the season, we’ll need a quality bench for injuries, tiredness and suspensions.
