For a bit of nostalgia, Coventry City v Wolverhamton Wanderers from January 1975. ITV4. Programme starts at 1800 hrs.
That was a Willie Carr goal in a 2-1 win and a rare Larry Lloyd goal. If you would have said to me that he would go on to win the league and European cups at that point you would have been taken to the asylum. For a bit of nostalgia, Coventry City v Wolverhamton Wanderers from January 1975. Cheers mate. You've just spoiled the enjoyment of watching the game, giving the result away. Not everyone remembers the score so it would have been nice to watch with no idea of the result. That was a Willie Carr goal in a 2-1 win and a rare Larry Lloyd goal. Apologies.Cheers mate. You've just spoiled the enjoyment of watching the game, giving the result away. Not everyone remembers the score so it would have been nice to watch with no idea of the result.
That was our once captain Gerry Francis earlier in his career , when he was in or around the England squadWas watching that QPR v Burnley. That tackle at the end on the QPR player. Burnley player nowhere near the ball, completely took the feet from underneath the QPR player. No penalty. I was pissing myself.

Yeah he was a disappointment really .Yeah, old man was telling me. About John Beck as well - said he didn’t think he was ever any good.
