Who is that lad from the ivory coast that was on the bench yesterday? Is he a serious prospect impressing the staff or was he just making up the numbers with so many players out? Would have though reuss or Nagandu or bapaga would have been closer to first team action?

He’s supposed to have been decent at Cork. My mate - whom I think knows that club well - suggested he wasn’t given a fair chance by them, for whatever reason.
I think when we signed him my mate said he was rapid and really tricky.

They’ve got the country wrong from the same flag. He grew up in Ireland but I think is actually from DR Congo

And he's made the squad ahead a few other regular U23 lads
But I believe Ryan Howley was unwell yesterday or he'd have probably been on the bench
