Burroughs has not started for Lincoln in the last few games.

If he was a winger then fair enough, but he wouldn't get any game time here this season. Maybe a couple of mins here and there off the bench at RB at best.

He's played left and right midfield for Lincoln.

Clearly if he's not playing them, he wouldn't be replacing Haji Wright on the LW anytime soon.

He is better off where he is, he will still get gamtine there, he wouldn't here.

Guys, what's with the short sight syndrome. He's started 90% of their games and as a young lad who's played more this season than any other, he's probably in need of a rest. He's still coming off the bench and they confirmed they wanted to keep him a few weeks ago.

People thought Harry Kane was crap when he went out on loan as a young lad , he turned out ok , so you never know.

Lats has played more minutes than most and will almost certainly play against QPR, so extra strange to stick him in a more physically demanding position IMO. All I can think is he wanted someone more defensively capable to balance Dasilva on the other side with Saka offering attacking threat on the right, defending more like a 442. But we offered so little on the ball down his side.

He is a LB/RB it is his best position, also would you rather Dasilva or Burroughs to be on the back foot to a long ball. Burroughs is quicker, stronger and bigger as long as he can reasonably defend he’s fine

I'd rather play the guy who has made 200 championship appearances over the guy who couldn't get a kick in a piss poor league

Not sure what’s gone wrong really. He looked more than good enough when he made his debut a few years ago, then had a poor game, was dropped and hasn’t done anything since.

He cannot have regressed that much?

Appreciate he won’t start ahead of JDS, but I would like to see him get minutes.
