Mate what are you on about stamenic and rudoni completely different players in different positions

Yeah, these deals are nothing to do with each other. If, as seems likely, Stamenic doesn't happen, we'll be after another player of that ilk.

£5 mil? Bit steep maybe? And is he COH 2.0 as some are suggesting? You’d think other teams would have just bought Rudoni rather than O’Hare if so? At least he’s over 6ft I suppose.

But nobody has signed O'Hare yet have they?

Oh I believe it geographically speaking. Just people have to realise there’s a stark contrast between Lewisham and for example, Carshalton in terms of affluence and the way people speak. If he sounds like he’s from south London to you, it’s because he’s trying to fit in basically. Which is fine, live your life posh Jack Rudoni. Just be good for the Sky Blues.

It's miles out. I think most people would agree that South London is the inner boroughs like Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark, IE the central ones that meet the Thames
Regardless of what Wiki says, this is essentially how I see it (after living in South East for a fair few years). Anything past and including Wimbledon seemed like being on a different planet.

edit - just to add, I don’t really care how he talks if he does the business!

It's a couple of miles from Croydon and he played for Crystal Palace as a kid. I'm not remotely surprised he speaks with a bit of a South London accent.

But yeah I was just responding to the point that he apparently sounds 'Rascal', by saying that a man from South London is bound to sound like a man from South London!

I used to live in Streatham so I know what people from South London can sound like and he's certainly nowhere near as strong as that!
