Hamer’s team was fighting to stave off relegation in the Eredivisie and the bottom half of that league isn’t particularly rated by many people on here.Hardly random, O’hare had a season in league 2 (and was highly rated by villa) and Hamer was in the eredivise! But 7/10 for the effort you’ve made, I’m impressed
Hardly random he’d played over 50 games in the eredivise and was always being touted in the Dutch press about how good he wasTo be fair Hamer was pretty random at the time imo.
no, we need the best players we can get for the best value and that is likely to be as you put it "some" randomerHopefully we stay well clear, need proven championship midfielders not some randomer
he was random as fuckHardly random he’d played over 50 games in the eredivise and was always being touted in the Dutch press about how good he was

Yeah, purely guess work on my part, but I'm assuming there has to be some movement out for us to facilitate wages etc. The fringe players would be a good place to start.Ah with you, so the CM I’m assuming is Palmer funds and Rob Holding/CB is getting the rest?
To be fair Hamer was pretty random at the time imo.
With Kitching? If he's like Gus, off the pitch, then we could use
'You will always find Nikitscher at parties' (almost scans!)
Fair enough, wasn't as clued up with stats and all that business as I am now. Remember hearing it and just being amazed we spent over a million on a player. Not in data circles TBF. He had some of the best stats in Europe at the time IIRC.
thought he's do better but i thought it was strange when people linked him to us as we rally didn't need himLouie Barry off to Derby

Louie Barry off to Derby
Louie Barry off to Derby
Would have been a good shout on loan if we let Haji Wright go.Louie Barry off to Derby
Hamer done ok and I had never heard of himHopefully we stay well clear, need proven championship midfielders not some randomer
or even worse a Hamer rather than an EcclesHope he’s more of a Hamer than a Torp
Michael Helik?Who have we signed then?
Think it was a scam messageApparently its all over X that we have signed Helik
It’s a Huddersfield account that’s made it up to trollApparently its all over X that we have signed Helik
You can dress it up all you like. 6 of those came in two games against Maidstone and Rotherham.he scored 19 fucking goals last season
@Nick can we add aYou can dress it up all you like. 6 of those came in two games against Maidstone and Rotherham.
13 goals in 46 games in the league. Only scored in 9 of those 46 games. For the fee paid, you should be expecting much better output. I will die on this hill, he is wank.
Kai Wagner being linked with Fenerbahce and Las Palmas. Seems his agent is working very hard.
So what? He scored 2 v Wolves, 1 against Man U and Leeds. You can dress it up all you like. 6 of those came in two games against Maidstone and Rotherham.

I think you answered your own questionWhat is the point of Holding on loan now.
Obviously implemented a transfer policy which discourages loans so what would be the point in bringing one in now when the season is already over and wasting 6 months wages wages.
Only way this makes sense is if King is seriously worried about relegation
You cannot compare Wright and Simms. When Wright is not scoring, he’s creating. Always a threat. Simms on the other hand offers us absolutely nothing. So what? He scored 2 v Wolves, 1 against Man U and Leeds.
This scored in ‘x’ league games stat is a distortion of stats. Wright only scored in 12 league games and he’s a penalty taker, in fact, open goals only, they scored in the exact same amount of games.
To compare, I’m going to deliberately distort Gyokeres’ record in 22/23 using your methodology. Vik played 50 games for us in 22/23 and he scored 22 goals over 19 matches. Which means he didn’t score in 62% of his appearances. Only 4 (18%) of his goals were scored against a team placed higher than us in the table (Sheff U, Millwall, Watford and Sunderland).
With some effort, you can distort stats to fit a narrative.
