We need to offload quite a few, in my opinion Dasilva, Latibeaudiere, Collins, Tavares are all an all absolute drain on the clubs finances. We may get lucky earning £2 million for the 4.
Now for me Kitching and Binks are both players who I feel aren't at the level. I'm selling 1 and keeping 1 until the summer. We need a player that can fill in when we are desperate. I would keep hold of Binks and looks to shift Kitching, again if we get £2 million that will be a good business.
Sheaf, arguably one of our most underrated players over the last 2 years, it's only since Hamer and Gyok left we seen Sheaf steady our midfield and be a real important player for us. The last 6 months however Sheaf has suffered numerous niggles and injuries, he is clearly not fully fit, and his performances and confidence clearly reflect this.
I would want to keep Sheaf, once this season is over and he gets a proper rest to heal up and then a full pre season to gradually build on his fitness and regain his confidence I know for a fact Sheaf will once again be the talent we all know him to be. The problem however, Sheaf is likely to run his contract down and move on for free, and it's because of this I'm cashing in. If we can get £8 million then we can walk away happy.
MVE- in my eyes this is a no brainer, keep keep keep! He's the best right back in the division, he has had a poor season, but so has the entire team. MVE given his poor season so far is still better than most in his position. If a club wants him, we must stand our ground. £12 million pound at the minimum is the valuation for a well rounded, lighting quick player that only turned 24 in September.
Haji Wright - not much is needed, he scores goals when he plays shit, he scores goals when he plays well. There really isn't a conversation to be had if a club offers less than £15 million. 35 goals and assists in 67 appearances for Coventry city, the club prior it was 36 goals and assists in 64 games. If we can't keep hold of Haji Wright we more than double our money, it's as simple as that.
Bobby Thomas, Torp, Asante are players I'm not entirely convinced are up to it, but I'm keeping hold of these players hoping they improve or they will be back up options.
Ellis Simms - not a huge fan, again similar to Wright 6ft3 you're not getting much hi intensity pressing from a man that size, they aren't blessed with Haalands genetics to be able to play off the defenders shoulder like a Bassette while also being physically stronger than the defender marking them. We need to give Ellis a real run of games, 10-15 games and then see where we are with him, it might be he ends up with 7 or 8 goals and then all of a sudden he's an important player for us.
