With us coming up against the former fan favourite (for some), would you have him back in the squad if the chance came? if so, who would you play him over.

I'd have him back in the squad for definite. Wouldn't want to say whether he would make the starting 11 until seeing him. Looked good up in Scotland.

First I have heard about that. What did you hear that gave you this impression?
Mowbray said in an open forum with City fans re. attitude and moody.
Treating younger players badly, on the pitch at least, was there for all to see. Blaming others for his mistakes, prick.

nah that ship has sailed, would have Fleck back in a heartbeat however!

I would have Fleck, but it really riles me that he couldn't get himself into the condition he's in now. He must be a stone or more lighter and is therefore much quicker, saw some excellent play from him to set Sheffield Utd's goal up at Derby this weekend, pacy burst into the box that we just didn't get from him.

I can't remember where from but I've seen the same about him with young players, might have been something Mowbray said?

Not good enough to get into current team or to warm bench...therefore a ‘no’ from me.

Anyhow, wouldn't want him back as we have better team players now and was never really convinced what his best position was.

I liked him when he was here and thought an odd decision to get rid, but apparently a bit of a prick and one of the best things about this young squad imo is the togetherness and I believe they'd run through brick walls for each other. I wouldn't want anything to upset the equilibrium, so it's a no from me.

He does exactly what Doyle does. He doesn't hold back no matter the age. Yes he shouted at young players, but that doesn't make him a prick so calm down. The main reason he left was family reasons and not starting every week. Admitted to by both.

No to O’Brien he was a headless chicken and caused endless problems by being out of position, on Fleck I wouldn’t have him back either unless he has lost a lot of weight and has realised that there is also a second half.

So Mowbray helped us get where we are with promotion and cup success and great team bond

So you wouldn't bring back a player who's currently playing week in week out in a side that's sitting 2nd in the Championship?

You are going on like he was overweight when he was here?

Fleck was always a class above, just had poor players around him most of the time.

O'Brien cared I will give him that, but he would run around like a lunatic for the first 20 minutes and be blowing for the rest of the game. Hence why he was often subbed not long after half time. Positionally all over the place and constantly having a go at teammates for his mistakes.

Doyle doesn't bollock younger players due to his own shortcomings as JoB did and has gained respect through his professionalism, leadership and drive unlike JoB, he made players lose confidence not gain it by his ranting and shouting, there's a big difference.

Family reasons were that if he wasn't getting game time which TM said he was demanding! (Delusional, as he left others in the shit with his headless positional sense and wasn't even that good), being away from family (understand this) in Yorkshire, so TM agreed to a loan move to Scunny. He then moved to Shrewsbury on 2 year deal....that well known town up north.
