These two are a classic case of it being better for us to put in our own youngsters than do another club's development work for them. Unless they're better than our own kids what's the point?
Up to a point that's correct but if a club gets a reputation for not treating its loanees fairly it might be difficult to get good loanees when it really needs them.

Can't say we haven't given them a fair shot at first team football. At this point they're not even getting game time for the U23s.

I’d send them back. No better than what we have and the awful thing is I simply don’t trust them to put in a decent standard performance.

Mark Robins obviously feels the same as there nowhere near the first team.

Ones fat as a pig and the other needs a heart.
