Amazing talent - how he hits the same top corner every time is remarkable! Lol
The truth is they really do affect professional players. The stats I put on dan thread show only 60% are playing at the same level 3 years laterACLs aren’t as career threatening as they use to be, but they do require lengthy recuperation periods as we have seen with JJ and Max upto a year, I can’t remember reading exactly what JJs injury was, was it a reacurrance of the old one, a complication or something else, medial ligament for example, Still getting him back fit and upto speed will be like signing a new player, the thought of him fully fit and linking with Godden and O’Hare is potentially awesome.
They recon its the mental side that effects their game and it take a long time to get over! The truth is they really do affect professional players. The stats I put on dan thread show only 60% are playing at the same level 3 years later
Owen was a great player at the start but is a pretty third rate human beingAs i have said before watch that interview with that boring c**t Michael Owen he said he wanted to get on the end of balls but his injuries were always in the forefront of his mind so the mental side kept winning
Yes that right hand side inside forward role pre injury jones would be perfect no reason he can’t do it my worry is mentally last time it wasn’t there then it happened again he can do it we’re all behind him I hope like all of us he can do it.Could excell in jobellos position
Lets pray hes the same
I’m sure the ACL is repaired with some of the hamstring on some people not sure on JJ but surely that will effect his pace if so.
Mentally last time we heard he didn’t like to put a challenge in in training & we could see he wasn’t mentally right now he’s done it again I think it will be a while until we see him
If it’s from the hamstring you can bet he’s not as fast then mate,I personally don’t think he will be the same player but I’m hopeful plenty of players have come back but last time he looked mentally all wrong add the stories about not putting challenges in training etc,That’s right. My first graft was from my patella tendon and the next one was from my hamstring. My third one has stumped them though! I’d guess they used the same grafts in either order.
As better days has said he came back before he was ready (as his injury proved). I think you're exaggerating a little bit tbh, he just looked rusty but he was still playing the same way as he had before the injury. If it’s from the hamstring you can bet he’s not as fast then mate,I personally don’t think he will be the same player but I’m hopeful plenty of players have come back but last time he looked mentally all wrong add the stories about not putting challenges in training etc,
Reports from training were he wasn’t interested in being involved with challenges people can say he comeback too early but who are they to judge if their not part of the coaching staff/physio team who would of deemed him fit & ready from watching him train and numerous fitness tests ? I hope we get the pre injury jones back Jobello will be in trouble if we do.As better days has said he came back before he was ready (as his injury proved). Interestingly in the US if you are a certain age they take the tissue for the ligament repair from a cadaver. Weird concept! That’s right. Exactly.......?No different really from organ donation
Could use Baka's, he doesn't need it.Interestingly in the US if you are a certain age they take the tissue for the ligament repair from a cadaver. Weird concept!

Just seen his Instagram 4 videos he’s put up today of training in and around the box latching on to balls against a Keeper, have to say he’s looking sharp has it been mentioned if he’s close to being back in full training any time soon ?
He will take Jobello place if he comes back anywhere near he was pre injuries for sureNo need to rush him but 433 will suit his game. Lots of football for the u23s soon I hope. We need him back mentally and physically strong before we put him back into the first team. Hoping the come back goes well.
Or could show Hiwula how to score goals. He will take Jobello place if he comes back anywhere near he was pre injuries for sure
You are a monkeyHe's nowhere near ready yet, as he cant kick the ball as far as Hiwula can trap it.
Or could show Hiwula how to score goals.
Hiwula has scored double the goals for the club that Jones has in 10+ less appearances.Or could show Hiwula how to score goals.
