I saw JJ in M&S by the Ricoh about a month back.
Wearing the tightest shorts I have ever seen.
(In a totally non-gay way!) he looked in incredible shape - he must have put in some serious work in the gym and in rehab. My favourite player and I absolutely can't wait for the return of a 100% fit JJ - let's give him plenty of time to get there.
