Anybody read whats happened? I think somebody has been winding up his missus by pretending to be a girl saying he has been doing her in Cardiff or something.

Not nice if it is one of the people who were tweeting him racist stuff getting personal :(

It's quite funny if it is a wind up

It's like shooting fish in a barrel on here.

It's not me, I don't follow Jordan Clarke on Twitter, he, like the vast majority of footballers, are the definition of banality.

kg82 - grow up eh? I thought you'd be above name calling, oh great one.

I'm not above name calling. When did I say grow up?

EDIT: My post about it being pathetic that some stupid girls are trying to ruin a relationship that Jordan Clark has was nothing to do with Jordan Clark as a person or the group of people you've defined in your post.

Well the girl in question said he spent all of Saturday with her, but he has about 6000 witnesses to say he was not in Cardiff on Saturday.

Any pictures of either girl?

Her profile pic aint great.

She soon started deleting stuff after he proved he was not with her on Saturday....

And after he started retweeting some of the stuff his followers were saying about her.

I'm not making excuses for her – clearly, making that sort of stuff is totally unacceptable. But... some of the stuff that was being said about her was just horrible.

It is obviously a fake account made by some kid trying to take the piss out of Clarke. He's just got the pics off some girls Facebook

It's the best place to get reliable news and also is a good place to interact with friends. I've got a private profile so nobody can see me unless I approve them, and I'd definitely have that if I was famous.

I know.....and then to make it even more tragic, a load of people who do not know Clarke personally will then get all flustered about it. The world has gone mad.

Just to clear up, I'm not flustered, especially at what's happened to Clark. I think it's tragic that there are people like this girl in the world who are crying out for attention. And I think it's strange that there are people like you who find it funny? Just a little confusing as I don't think it's normal behaviour.

For the record i have no view on this subject whatsoever other than i don't see how it is funny. Just a non-story about a teenage boy and his twitter account.

I find the reaction and the faux indignation funnier than the story itself.
