He's too slow in thought and speed who rarely imposes himself consistently on a game for the whole duration.watching the Leeds game, and Ao Tanaka (who we were rumoured to be interested in pre season) is head and shoulders above Eccles, and just what I would hope Eccles would be, and he only cost £3M
I just wonder how some people can think Josh is a premier league midfielder worth multi millions when you compare him to some of the similar players in our division
Midfield of which he is/was a regular starterEccles will bounce back. He will get another chance. We have few midfield options and it’s still one of our weakest parts of the pitch. His chance will come.
