Where did I say we had made a bid?
This 1Bristol confirm they are yet to offer Walsh a contract and have had a bid from a Championship club
No comment on Liam Walsh this thread had nothing to do with him.
Josh Reid is a new signing bit out of the blue and hopefully will come in soon and replace Giles and McCallum he has played top division Scottish football and apparently caught the eye, done well and we have moved in and snapped him up these are the sort of signings we have in the recent pastdone well with, better than a loan I may add hopefully there are others on the radar.
I’m giving him 7 minutes that’s his lotComments I've seen from Ross County fans is that he seems more suited to a wing back role than the full back role he's been playing. Sounds like this is a development signing but circumstances mean he'll be thrust into being a backup immediately, so need to temper expectations a little.
You wrote him off before we'd even signed himI’m giving him 7 minutes that’s his lot
He wasn’t even on the bench vs reading so it’s the same scenario for tomorrow’s game.Until this guy is official we are with Da Costa as the only cover for McCallum tomorrow.

You just know Sam will get injured and he will come straight into the team. That’s our luck this season.
We should be bringing Mason back immediately and letting Pask go.
What’s his injury? Wonder if it’s like rose just knackered and played with an injury last seasonGet in there Joy
Mason isn’t good enough. You just know Sam will get injured and he will come straight into the team. That’s our luck this season.

Goddammits injured atm
The size of him he's more a cubNew Scottish scout

The problem with Mason isn't necessarily ability. It's that he is very defensive and only suited to being a LB. If we're playing WB he's a bit of a fish out of water. Like Dabo in reverse - can be phenomenal as a wing back but looks ordinary when utilised solely as a defender.
In a different formation he'd be no worse than others (he looked very good before the formation switch).
Probably training to become a wing backMason played left midfield for St Mirren on Sunday, according to the BBC formation.
