I don't think it's a secret that you're a friend of Les Reid, and it seems you've had some information from the SISU side with regard to the case which wasn't easily obtainable from the public domain. On that basis I could challenge your motives as to what you're saying and doing- but I believe you when you say that you're looking at this as a supporter of the club, rather than one side or the other.
I think in fairness it's only reasonable to accept that's also true of people with whom you may not agree, like OSB. To quote a political cliche, it's about playing the ball rather than the man.
I heard they backed an arctic lorry up to the court gates !!!
Not as many times as you though!
Remember, I've played enough games of footie with you to know your tactics ;-)
For the record, my sources stretch way beyond the Sisu side of things and I can get a decent read on the Council/ACL side too. How do you think I know that both sides will attempt to appeal?
And I stand by my point with OSB. I, along with people from KCIC, the Trust & even PKH post as ourselves. I've actually had an account here for a while but started a new non-anon one to be more transparent about what I'm saying here as I'm part of a fans campaign group. People know where we are coming from. With OSB, I'm not so sure. Just MHO...
Rob how many members do you have in your fans campaign group ???
@TheSimonGilbert: Sisu QC says if deal for Sisu to buy out ACL debt had been completed, ACL could have charged club lower rent
Seems very shortsighted by CCFC to agree to rent and then within 4 months of moving in not being able to afford it.
Maybe it was don hutchison and Dennis Wises wages that were the problem....;o)

If it's been completed then why are we having this JR? Anyone?
If and had are the key words in that sentence. If it's been completed then why are we having this JR? Anyone?
If its more than 6 it beats the number who hold the football league accountable.
I don't understand all this, was the rent agreed too high, the board knew it was too much back in 2007 or whatever .... I thought this JR was all about did the council missuse public funds/euro grants when they brought the mortgague. Is not everything else a side show?
We don't have members (just like KCIC IIRC).
If and had are the key words in that sentence.
G that's totally incorrect, most sane people in here agree the FL have played a big part in our demise and the fact we are playing at Northampton.
I would say there is only a handful who just blame SISU for all the mess we are in
Rob has made several major mistakes since joining:
1. Criticising the council
2. Criticising OSB
Big no no's.
It was based on the rent ccfc paid at HR, after ccfc sold the land...wasn't it ?Re: the £1.4m 'rent' figure. I've heard that this was based on the figures that were calculated on the aborted national stadium that would have been built near Cov. Hopefully I'll have something more concrete in the daily near future.

The YB loan that they are in no way connected to ?Because they will claim the council then bought the YB loan behind their back.

. Fair play to you for going public, but I don't think it needs to be obligatory here.
