Agreed but all players to be in the centre circleJust make it a law that when the game is stopped for an injury, anyone that isn't treating the injured player has to stay in the dugout, with players not allowed to the touchline. Sorted.
I'd much rather see beautiful tikka passes around the corner like Rudi, Sake and whoever the 3rd one was, just like old times with COH,SAKA and MVE days, beautiful.I'd have loved nothing more than when the 7 mins extra board came up for Collins to go down for 10 mins then make subs that stroll off and then maybe teams like Hull might realise how annoying it really is.
Or a goalNar, award a penalty that will stop them.
Start without the fuckers, they'll soon get in to position.the refs could stop it, but we have the worst standard of refereeing for years, so cant rely on them to do anything about it.
All the Hull coaches should be booked for leaving technical area or sent off if they enter the pitch.
Players that leave the pitch should have to wait to be told they can re-enter by the referee.
The most annoying part on Saturday was the keeper and us were all ready to kick off, all the Hull players still over on touch line, should be made to restart or book the lot for timewasting!
wont happen though so stick with Thomas' tactics
Spicy football.I'd much rather see beautiful tikka passes around the corner like Rudi, Sake and whoever the 3rd one was, just like old times with COH,SAKA and MVE days, beautiful.
They are currently looking at it. It’s been mentioned that a corner kick will be awarded if the referee deems that the keeper is feigning injury.
Yep-this too. I Should have mentioned it altogether.I thought that idea was for goalkeepers wasting time at goal kicks and free kicks?
absolutely - but their keeper isnt going to start when he's got no players on the pitch, suppose it would end up with a booking for timewasting, but it hardly effects keepersStart without the fuckers, they'll soon get in to position.
Some of these solutions are nuts.
If the team with an injured keeper has to bring a sub on or concede a corner or whatever then opposing players will just target the keeper.
Actually brings up,Ben Wilson as an example of playing through the pain barrier, cost a result in the end, inexplicable really and still out injured? Some of these solutions are nuts.

As FL said he is not surprised at Bobby doing that as he is a real wind up merchantThink Bobby has completely the right idea
Anything else is so difficult to police. Ref can’t assume he’s taking the piss
Completely agreeIt's quite simple, get one or two of our players standing right next to them, eaves-dropping. They'll soon stop doing it - and it's not as if the ref can do anything against our players for doing it.
Well done to Thomas for doing it - I hope the instruction is for him to continue to do it.
Send the keeper off after a doctor had confirmed he is not injured.I fucking hate it and I’ve seen it loads this season
You've hit the nail on the head. The crux of the problem is today's players have too much power. They just kick a ball about for f'''' sake8+ seconds is what is being discussed now, no idea why they don't enforce the law that is already in place...
The referees just need to grow a pair, there is no requirement for them to stop play unless it's a head injury. Why are they letting the players dictate the stoppages in the game?
Player safety is possibly the most important part of the roleYou've hit the nail on the head. The crux of the problem is today's players have too much power. They just kick a ball about for f'''' sake
It's clearly not player safety, there's no danger to a keeper who says he has a sore calfPlayer safety is possibly the most important part of the role
No probably not but it makes it more of a deterrent if they immediately put their team at a disadvantage, especially to sides with a known set piece threat. Not sure a corner is enough to stop this
Totally agree. Which is why the medical staff should come on immediately to treat an injury, whilst the game continues.Player safety is possibly the most important part of the role

Its like they sit around trying to come up with ways to make watching games less enjoyable.Rumours are that 'time outs' are to be trailed at grassroots level. They currently run a blue card system too, which sin bins players for dissent. I can see 'time outs' being a regular thing in a few years. Yay.
