Backtracking now I see.

Won't be holding my breath."
Sounds pretty conclusive to me.
In any case, haven't Cardiff been there or there abouts in play-offs and cup competitions over the last few years? If that isn't being a top-end Championship club then what is?
Whats your guess on CCFC's offer to him CCFC or is it more to do with him winning his place in the side ,Hudson/Turner @ CB,Mcnuaghton @RB ,maybe the fact he would.nt be automatic has a role to play here ,that and it seems Derby are outbidding you.The club still have a say in where he ends up Re; The Fee.:thinking about:Cardiff have now pulled out of the Keogh bid. A bit of a wage-war going on with the club and his agent.
He doesn't start at Man City until September Wingy.
What was that then? From the Derby Forum: "BBC Radio Derby understands the fee paid for Richard Keogh exceeds that received for selling Jason Shackell earlier this summer."
Announcement at 5.15 about them making a signing at Derby!

It sounds as though Waggot knows what he is doing, despite some of the childish abuse which he has been given on here.
If it is true, awesome bit of business
Great deal for us Charlie? For sisu more like.
I reckon that £1.1 will be blown tonight on drugs, hookers and lighting cigars which have been rolled on the thighs of a virgin.
Cardiff have been, but not that keen to sign him are they?
I said that Barnett's performances for us were awful, Keogh's for us, have been okay, team in the Premiership has, and plays Barnett, no team in the Premiership, or "top-end Championship club", want to sign Keogh, ergo, Barnett, however he may have played for us in his brief spell is rated higher than Keogh.
Unless of course there has been a turnround and the higher the number of a league the better it is? In which case I take back everything said about Thorn previously, and applaud him for getting us promoted to League One, hopefully he can make it back to back promotions and get us to the top flight(more commonly known as League Two) next season.
Backtracking again! You do make me laugh. So now it doesn't even matter that a top Championship club is/was interested?
I'll just ignore that attempt at comedy *cringe*
