And haven't failed to score for the last 18 games. They last failed to score in October. That means to beat them, you have to score at least 2 goals.
That's actually a pretty incredible stat considering for a team top of the league Burton actually struggle to score lots of goals, only 42 in there 31 matches and no real goalscorer, only scored 2 more than bottom of the table Colchester and the third worst total of all the teams in the top half. And haven't failed to score for the last 18 games. Just Walsall and Gillingham now please, Otis.Peterborough have lost 5 out of 6. Talk about implosion!
We caught them on the right day. They were very poor, but we still had to beat them and not only did we do that, but we did it with style.
No, they were poor too. Some of the defending was just awful and that had little to do with us.Or they were poor because we was good. Cole showed his class. And he played 90 minutes which hopefully he will keep up. Our defence looked much stronger. This helped our midfield.

Yep. I thought Clarke was a handful.Yep. As poor as Bury were at the back, I thought they made our defence work hard for the clean sheet.

Just proves the difference between before a night in the beer and the afternoon after a night on the beer. And they scored 5 goals last game. Not bad for a pub team

We do need to be careful here though. Remember when we were buoyant after beating Crewe 5-0 away. After that we didn't win for 5 games and within that, lost 3 in a row. We now do accept that though it was a great performance, Crewe's defending was very poor on the day.
Can't let that happen again. Bury's defence were very accommodating. I think we can expect a much more resolute performance from the Fleetwood team, who will surely try and keep things very tight and hope to catch us on a set play or on the break.
But weren't they playing against a fellow pub team?
The well known, much administered, cure all known as a 'rocket up the arse!'And what is the excuse for them beating Sheffield United after losing 6-0 to us?

I most certainly have and that's why I have predicted a victory Saturday.draw with title rivals walsall after dominating 60 mins
lost to burton because of an idnividual mistake
armstrong and murphy missing for southend
scunthorpe no excuses
have some faith in your team otis.

Bury were terrible against us. We though played very well. Think a combination of those two things resulted in the 6-0 scoreline.
Okay, again these are this weekend's fixtures.

Burton V Walsall
Crewe V Barnsley
Doncaster V Millwall

Think Rochdale can win this, honestly don't rate Sheffield Utd,put a bit of a unconvincingDoncaster have got to win sometime. Been on a dreadful run, but not a bad team and they should be doing so much better. Have a sneaky feeling they could get something from the Millwall game.
Rochdale have the capacity to pull off some big wins (they won 3-0 at Walsall remember), so I can see them pulling off a draw against Sheff Utd.
Burton v Walsall is a tricky one to call, but a draw would suit us best if we win (make up ground on both of them)
We certainly don't want a Southend win. That would dislodge us from the play-off positions, albeit possibly just until tomorrow.Hopefully Port Vale and Southend will draw, or a Port Vale win wouldn't be that bad
What about the stern valve. We certainly don't want a Southend win. That would dislodge us from the play-off positions, albeit possibly just until tomorrow.
Worst scenario is that Southend win and we lose! After so long in the top six, to be kicked out now would be the body blows of all body blows!
I do think we will win tomorrow though, so that scenario shouldn't arise. We now must stay top 6 for the rest of the season.
Port Valve have a very good home record, so a home win would be perfect. If they did win they would only be 4 points behind, but we would have 3 games in hand on them. That would be a very good position to be in.
Draw tonight would be great, a Port Vale win, even better.
