I know, imagine people wanting to support the club and give them money
I think you deliberately missed the point there didn’t you?
Clearly the kit would be the priority and I’m sure work went in to hit the timing it has. Yet people are moaning there are no key rings or baby clothes yet. Obviously the kit would be a priority...rather than wait a few more weeks for everything the land at the same time?

Still, don’t let logic get in the way of your sarcy post

Well, the key rings were on there yesterday before the kit. It’s pre order, so no reason why they couldn’t pre order baby kit etc, dont agree they are bitching, im delighted they are trying to give us money

Always makes me laugh when Brian Roberts or another asks the players “what do you think of the new kit then?”
Every year does he really expect a different answer?

I doubt its free to use Coombe Abbey.
It was free when I lived there years ago.
You paid to park and if you wanted to go on the boat on the lake.
That was all.
But back then Stonehenge was free too.

I havent bought one for years but will get the home one.

Think it may help that I have started playing football more and the gym so can wear it there, Id need to see the material in case it makes me absolutely stink if I was to wear it otherwise :)
That's what I dont like about these kits that horrible material they make them in, not good on the pitts.
My lad loves this one though so will have to order it.

These are lighter nowadays, the older ones were about 3 times as thick. I just don't get on with them, so do a lot of people who don't seem to realise....

I remember the worst one ever for pit danger was the last Le Coq Sportif shirt in the season we sold Huckerby, the material felt like some kind of hefty plastic, compared to that one today's are like haute couture

Wow, Stonehenge started charging in 1905 (according to their website)....so how old are you?
Rubbish.
In the 1960's they were just big stones in the middle of a field.
Went there on a school trip. No fence, nothing.
You just walked up to them and touched them.

I should probably take the plunge and buy the third kit. Just know that fuckers getting reduced the minute I do

I was wondering whether we’d be playing in it next season, hence it being the only kit that hasn’t been reduced in price. Or is it more a case of it being iconic and still sought after? Guessing we’ll find out next Saturday as suggested by @sw88

I imagine the 3rd kit hasn’t been reduced because of how well it’s selling! But like Black Friday when everything else was reduced but that top.

A few nights ago I decided I wanted the home kit but the next day i went to buy it and it was sold out (presumably, since it no longer showed up on the website). Bought the two tone one instead.

Interesting fact.. we have never lost a league game wearing the home Hummel shirt. Only time ever in our history thats happened.

The only 3 defeats were wearing the 2 tone (tranmere & shrewsbury) and yellow (Rotherham)- our league record wearing the Hummel sky blue home shirt is played 23, lost 0.

Keep the 19/20 home shirt! :)

I read somewhere, the 3rd kit will remain on pre order. I do not think it will be reduced and off sale.

I prefer this year’s shirt even to the 87-89 one and that was always my favourite to now. I still have that old one and can just about force it on- saw yesterday that those bad boys sell for £250 each so it’s never being worn again, gonna put it away safely in a box or something..
