I believe we should accept that due process has been correctly carried out and
SISU, through Otium, have regained control of the club after the needless
administration process.
Instead of pointing fingers at the
administrator or the football league, focus should be put on the only two
parties who can gaurentee football is played at the Ricoh Arena next season,
namely the ACL and Coventry City football club.
It is those two parties
alone who can solve this issue and without both sides knowing the distress this
situation is causing I don't believe we will get the solution we desire.
Therefore, I believe that ACL and CCFC should accept talks marshalled by an
independent body to ensure a fair deal is agreed and we can move on from this
sorry mess.
Incorrectwas suggested by ACL and fisher rejected it

I direct you to question 30
30: Are ACL willing to be bound by an agreement brokered by independent mediators or arbitrator?
ACL: No. We have put our best and final offer on the table after months of negotiation with both SISU and CCFC. It was a reasonable and generous offer, as recognised by all 3 CCFC directors in attendance on 29 January 2013, as they verbally accepted it and shook hands in confirmation. We are not prepared to make further concessions, nor do we believe that any mediator could reasonably expect that we would. The ball is in CCFC’s court. Negotiations are now at an end, and the Board of CCFC have been duly notified.
if you go back further on this you will find i am correct can't be bothered to find it for u as am totally pissed off with it all

Well, the answers/evidence is there.
He had already been asked if he had the authority to complete a deal before the start of the meeting. He confirmed he had.
My understanding of business is this:
You reach an agreement. All parties shake hands. If you shake hands its an agreement.
Fisher shook hands on a deal. Fisher then goes back on his word.
Therefore, who is to blame? ACL for being naive and trusting a man and his word?
I agree thats not good either, he was obviously overruled by the ringleader SepallaWell, the answers/evidence is there.

This has already been suggested by the club way back and ACL rejected it.
A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush
LOL.
But when you consider in the context of the bigger argument from the majority of the fan base it balances :|Going back to your original reply...
That's not a balanced response.

Or... Two turkeys don't an eagle make..
But we won't be Porky! just that SISU rather than ACL will be landlord. The key part to Knowl's message is that this is a fresh start for SISU and ACL based on both sides admitting they need each other; at least in the short-term.
Personally I am all for SISU taking Coventry City outside of Coventry for three short years of pain in order to return close to the city in a new stadium, free of third party influence.
Some of you may know of Knowl. He is our illustrious and well spoken leader over at GMK. We are, on the whole, a peaceful bunch. Yes, we have a dry sense of humour, one which may rub some up the wrong way but like you lot we want a better CCFC. Knowl isn't a member on here but here's what he's had to say today:

Let us know your thoughts.......
Knowl[GMK] says.....
There is a man with no stomach for a fight.
The reality is that if a mediator had been involved from the start; with the circa. £1.2m and no F&B's - and the reality of the current position and something like £400K per annum and a share of F&B's; the view would be that ACL have been sufficiently accommodating already. Of late, they've even offered for the club to pay for free....
Fisher has gone back time and time again on agreements. He recently stated he hadn't even bothered to participate in talks with Compass - when such were initiated and arranged by ACL - so has no idea of what sort of F&B deal could be struck.
Moreover, what's this all been about in any case? Evidently not about rent, as the rent now offered is more than acceptable. How much more than 'free' does he expect? Not about F&B's either, as firstly, when offered the chance to explore-the-art-of-the-possible on F&B's Fisher didn't even participate; and secondly the idea now offered by Fisher of moving to another stadium, will have an even worse influence than an agreement he could perhaps have been reached with ACL/Compass.
For someone to state they think a line-in-the-sand should be drawn at this point; and that mediation should commence now is to ignore the flexibility already evidenced by ACL, and ignore Fisher's inflexibility and incomprehensible behaviour to date; and as such seems to have no basis in reality. Therefore, for me Knowl's call is wrong. With the greatest of respect and all....

It is extremely naive business practice to not have a deal in writing, especially such an extortionate deal like this one. Words mean nothing.
