Lack of Motivation for Crawley (1 Viewer)

Pre-season usually brings with it fresh optimism, excitement and anticipation right up to the opening day. This mornings (although seemingly inevitable) news has left me feeling utterly empty. These parties don't give a flying fuck about the stature of this club (and I include ACL in that statement), what they have done to us and where they are taking us. The Sky Blue Army would normally be buzzing about tomorrow. An away day in the sun, hopeful of taking 3 points back to COVENTRY in a winnable game at Crawley. But no. At this moment in time, I really have no motivation to go tomorrow despite purcashing my ticket. What's the point? Try and claw back to -12?! This is a travesty, a travesty that has and will go unpunished and for what? What good has come of this? ACL have been outsmarted in every attempt and now it appears that they are all out of ideas. In some ways, they are responsible for costing us 25 points. Ultimately the blame should lie with SISU and their despicable management of the club in the past 8 years but ACL/CCC are far from blameless. What have they achieved apart from destroying any hope of reconciliation and any form of relationship under the current 'owners'?

Relgation from the Prem, Relegation from League 1, Administration, the 10 point deduction all hurt me and everyone in the Sky Blue Community as did the ludicrous decision to re-locate to Northampton, but today is probably my lowest day as a City fan. No home, no players, no future, certain relegation, liquidation and another bastard point deduction consigning us to League 2. Collectively, you bunch of incompetent bastards have torn my club to shreds. There is nothing left but the spirit of the fans, but even that is on its last legs.

This is for particularly you SISU :jerkit:
Tim Fishcake:jerkit:
Joy Seppalla:jerkit:
But not forgetting ACL :jerkit:
Coventry City Council :jerkit:
Football League :jerkit:
Bryan Richardson:jerkit:
Geoffrey Robinson :jerkit:

I will be there tomorrow with pride, showing my colours (last seasons kit!) and trying to spur on the boys to 3 points. Tomorrow's result at this moment in time seems irrelevant but at least we can now attempt to put this shit to the back of our minds...for 90 minutes at least.

I understand the anger SBPM2, but tomorrow the fans must show unity, we need to go to Crawley and support the lads, win, lose or draw, this club needs some positivity and hopefully if we can cheer the lads on they can produce something. I know the chances of it happening among many are nil, however we must try.

I will be my very vocal and passionate self tomorrow, will even try and find that extra 10% to sing the lads on from the heart and I hope everyone else who attends tomorrow does the same.

PUSB!!!
