People discussing things on a forum isn't stopping anyone from challenging sisu for a plan.Nick, you need to understand that we are all giving opinions.
You seem to defend Sisu/CCFC at every opportunity and give them the benefit of the doubt.
While people like you effectively defend them and entertain their actions, nothing ever gets flushed out.
Anybody challenging them in an attempt to drive them for a plan on our future is nullified.
Do you seriously think anyone would be interested? I can't imagine anyone other than a fan considering it.

No ones giving them the benefit of the doubt, they are grade a c-units, but nick and others are just pointing out it's not all sisu and others also have to be held account for their actions.
Whilst you accuse nick of defending them at every opportunity, the same can be said of you and wasps, who know full well the impact they are having on the club yet don't give a flying fuck. Yes, they only need to look after themselves, but they are being ruthless bastards and us as cov fans should be condemning that.

As I have said. Wasps will acquire CCFC without actually having to do anything.
Won't be worth anything, maybe liquidated, but they will have all the facilities in place to just pick us up and run with us.
This will happen when Sisu have exhausted the legal process and will probably be better for us if they actually win it.
I thought it was sarcasm.Saying they want something for free is a statement.
The shareholders both held the right to veto, and had equal rights. We managed to negotiate the rent down to £400k without owning a share (and no it wasn't agreed that it would go back up), so owning half of the company may have been even more beneficial to negotiations.Pay more than wasps paid for the lot - no veto, still paying £1.3 million rent, no dividends, no voting rights
Amazed they didn't when you think about it.
Really?I thought it was sarcasm.
And who would be responsible for that - SISU or someone else who wont conveniently just let them have whatever they want for free?

Understand, but Nick and the others should at least take Sisu to task now and again.
You fall into the same trap. "Sisu are not blameless but ..........................."
The room is starting to filling up ahead of planning committee getting underway.
Tim Fisher is here for CCFC and there’s around 20 people in the public seating area.
We’ve received some late representations.
In addition to the comments from the FA, CSF and CCFC covered in recent stories - the Rugby Football Union have also written to give their support to the application.
The council document handed around suggest these late representations are “not material planning considerations”.
We’ll be underway properly very shortly.
And you should take wasps, ccc, CSF, higgs and acl to task occasionally...Understand, but Nick and the others should at least take Sisu to task now and again.

No, people aren't giving opinions are they.
Saying they want something for free is a statement. So if somebody asks about it, surely the best way is to reply saying why they want something for free rather than just ask a different ranty question?
It is the same as when people say SISU are taking millions out of the club etc etc.
Making shit up doesn't pressure anybody does it? Deal with facts, it hurts more doesn't it?

FFS Most people can see that Sisu have never wanted to invest in the club.
If CCC and then 'unfortunately' Wasps had not stepped in Sisu would have acquired the 'white elephant stadium' for a pittance eventually and unencumbered. If it was free they would have taken it.
If they win the JR they 'will' take millions out the club. They have tied the club up with shares that will mean any eventual JR money will flow straight out to them.
They are not the whiter than white business you continue to defend by deflection.
Tim Fisher is at the planning meeting right now...
Do you think they will win the JR then? I don't.
I rest my case !!
Yes.
FFS Why Fisher???
Conservative leader Coun John Blundell is also in the public gallery which is now standing room only. Almost 50 people watching from the back.
Head of planning Tracy Miller is continuing to go through the plans which include a kicking barn, gym and the conversion of football pitches to rugby pitches.
Coun McNicholas chips in to say he’s a Wasps season ticket holder asking if there’s a conflict of interest.
Solicitor says no need to declare as not relevant, and neither would being a CCFC holder.
Tim Fisher now speaking. He’s being given a microphone.
Coun Brown says it will be a strict three minutes.
He thanks the chair for opportunity to speak. He says he is not opposing Wasps wanting to develop a training facility. It is only concerned on impact of Academy which could be seriously impaired at best, lost at worse.
It’s the jewel in the crown of Coventry City in the community.
Club was not involved in pre-planning discussions.
“There is no information or direction from council or sports foundation on how the critical academy 2 status can be retained”
Nine first team squad players are from the Academy. We have a track record of bringing Academy players through.
Mark Venus is also in the audience.
From economic perspective over £4.5m has been spent on the Academy.
He’s been cut off having run out of time.
Wasps planning consultant now speaking - Mr Holmes.
He will be given 5 minutes.
He’s taking up Wasps’ plans as “world class” and says it will facilitate full relocation of Wasps to Coventry.
No Nick it is the planning officers justifying their decision
Mr Holmes is responding to objections from CCFC.
He points out agreement for CCFC runs out in June 2017. He says whether they continue at the centre “is a commercial decision” and not related to this application.
He says there will be no loss of a sports pitch, just a change in function and quality of pitch. He says application will result in better facilities and an increased number of facilities.
He says the community will have greater access to facilities than previously.
Mr Holmes says “Whether you are a rugby fan or not, having an elite rugby club is a massive social and economic benefit to the city”
Now he’s finished.
Ah, so they are distressing us to get us cheap? Rings a bell, I seem to remember a lot of outrage when that was happening to a stadium management company. Imagine what would happen if people did that to our football team.
Wasps chap says "He says the community will have greater access to facilities than previously." Why then did their chief exec say the facilities would be specialist and not suitable for public use?
A lot of the space is very specialist. Our gym for instance would be of little use to the average member of the public. Of course the full gym facility available at the Higgs Centre next door is still there.
Things like the hydrotherapy unit are private to us, but by far the biggest space there is the kicking barn and we’re making that available to the community.
