But surely. if he/SISU are trying to break ACL, not letting them get any revenue via us playing there is key. Hence his decision - as for going back on his word, I'm sure that TF has enough thick skin and spin to front up to any such decision. He doesn't seem short of self confidence .....although:slap: how I'd like to!!

Maybe.. But as MMM rightly said why go for the Judical Review if he doesn't think he can, a) Win or b) Has an incentive to pursue his case, i.e the Arena. Tim is supremely confident about ACL not being able to cope with out CCFC, however as the figures show on moving to NTFC, it works both ways and shows that CCFC needs the Arena.
