Just a question.. I can't see Ms Garlick on the list of Attendee's or absentees??
Is she not suppose to be there to give updates on the new stadium issue? or have I got that wrong??
PW: Also from me thanks to TF for getting us back to the Ricoh. Finally from me, is Judicial Review appeal litigation dropped as part of the return?
TF: The appeal was always going to go ahead regardless of the outcome of the Judicial Review and the appeal was not an issue.
PW: Any update with new stadium?
TF: We have had meetings this week and I am currently focused on the land deal. It has been made clear the Ricoh Arena is not for sale which we fully respect and ACL understand we need to seek our own revenues. Outside of matchdays we have 340+ days where we generate no revenues and this hamstrings us as a club so we need those year-round revenues.

Just to pick up on a couple of things.
Consumer credit licence - that would affect the issue of season tickets on credit. I am surprised the club doesn't have one.
process for application is here https://www.nibusinessinfo.co.uk/content/how-apply-consumer-credit-licence
I would guess that the exhibition hall brings in better margins than the stadium and used more often Otis so would ACL really want to sell that off?
But why cant CCFC simply rent space from ACL, hire a hall etc put own events on? Its not like other people don't do that is it.
The club do not need to buy anything, no artificial split of the facilities, no cost of maintenance etc when not being used. They could get all year income that way and both CCFC & ACL gain from the arrangement. CCFC get turnover and income as would ACL. So why do they have to own it exactly.......?
The Casino is leased to Grosvenor though isn't it and as such theirs to run. They could perhaps do joint venture with Grosvenor but not sure it would work out or the current occupiers would want or need to.
Match days if the exhibition hall isn't being used hire it and make it a fans zone. That way kids and families can get involved - cant at the casino
trouble with all that is the cost and a willingness to pay that cost
Still comes back to the biggest thing that makes any stadium belong is the team winning consistently there. Other than match days most fans wont go to the stadium
Has anyone at one of these SCG meetings ever asked Fisher about the financial validity of spending another £20m+ to build this new stadium and how long it will take to recover this cost through the revenues it generates?

Yes agree. But like you say, if CCFC had access to an exhibition hall etc. they could do many of the things I have listed above in terms of turning it into a Sky Blue supporter zone.
If you pm me, then I will pass this question on to one of the SCG members who represents the fan group that I am a member of.
Why not attend a meeting and ask ?
I thought the scg meetings were a closed shop?
The owner and certain directors have enough wealth to operate their own scheme and recoup the outlay monthly ,would certainly help to push a few more St's .
Maybe like other lenders those stipulations around loans and repayment around Dec/Jan time are a bit of a turn off, especially when you're so involved.
What good would that do? They would still require a Consumer Credit Licence if they did that.
I'm not ready to commit to you in that way yet no matter how good your financial analyses arehow about signing a long lease at the Ricoh and then building their own social venue to cater for events, bars, small conferences etc next to it? On the Leisure land site that's available.
Get Turnover, Revenue and asset value not to mention a place for CCFC fans to be together 365 days of the year
