that's tragic
Brilliant!
Good day overall, always a laugh up there!
What happened to all the fireworks and loud noise people were planning. I'm guessing the majority were put off by the weather as going by the pics on sky only a few there. Embarrassing really.
Police stopped our fireworks and I can assure you there was good noise up there.
Far better than the borefests inside sixfields.
It was like a morgue. No atmosphere at all. Good game though.
Just wish that the protests were less frequent but better organised. The only one so far that is not just an embarrassment was the trust organised city centre march. Sick of 5 people going to London and 80 people stood on a hill. We are a complete laughing stock.
I live and work just outside of Sheffield and a number of people commented on how crap CCFC fans are not supporting the team. They thought the people on the hill were free loaders and that it was laughable. To be honest I'm finding it a little hard to argue against at the moment. Lack of coordination.
Sheffields support was very average so they can't say much.
But overall our protests don't work as nobody gets off their arses to join in.
Nobody seems to care anymore, such a shame.
My friends included would never turn up to a protest as they 'can't be arsed'.
I'd love another march, but I doubt many would join in this time.
60-70 people counted on the hill - the only banner was a bedsheet with "Sisu Out" on it - so much for a balanced KCIC protest so who are you trying to engage? me? if so, it wont work with such a niave view. Could hardly hear the whistles by the way even from the quiet that is Sixfields. Where do you all bugger off to at half time though? Bit odd that. If I was cynical I would say you cant see the pitch and so go home...

"genuine" supporters, "struggling with conscience" and yet its me who is sneering???!! - I dont agree with your protest from a practical, sensible or moral level so dont try and make me feel ashamed pal.

Not trying to make you feel ashamed, your doing that yourself.
.
I would do if your protest was anything more than an insignificant triviality

Some of you on the hill get slated on here because one or two of you come across as very self righteous and seem to genuinely think you are better than everyone else.
If you give it out, you get it back. I'm sure the majority of the 70 of you are brilliant people, but the few on here make me not like you. It's as simple as that.
That's a silly view to take. I'd not like anyone if I judged them by the actions of others with similar beliefs. The Anti-ACL lot and the Anti-Sisu lot both have their nutters.
No doubt. And I'd happily engage with any of the people that choose to stand on the Hill. I know a couple of people who do, including the bloke I mentioned on the first page. But the ones on here come across as twats. And that's half the reason they get slated on here.
