I'm so pleased Robins is back but don't think it should be him.

Unlike many on here it seems, I do like Oggy, but again not convinced he'd be the correct choice. Bradley Lowery mentioned but I understand the lads unfortunately unlikely to be able, so who do you think should?

The kit man? the tea lady? a fan? competiton winner?

Providing it's not the mad hatters, Tim Fisher or Richard Keys I'm not overly fussed, but it wold be great pr chance to connect with the fans if they give any kind of a shite at all.

Michael (don't call me Micky) Gynn, due to his service to the Royal Mail. Oh, and he scored against Stoke City after coming on as a sub which led to a pleasant day out in London back in 1987.

If not Robins then it had to be big Oggy, realistically who else could it be ?
If it was upto me oggy would have his p45 hes been living off 87 for the last 30yrs why don't all the other 87 hero's have a job for life regardless of results at our club

The kit man is actually a good idea. Andy Harvey has been at the club since 1982. He should also do the team talk every week. The players wouldn't dare lose! Lovely bloke but is built like a brick shithouse.

I'd probably have the manager walk us out because it tends to just be the team manager walking out rather than a giant glass case of emotion.

Probably because they have not done all of the neccessary coaching badges.

As it is, Robins should lead us out.

Call me a stickler for tradition but to me, it should be the manager and captain to lead a team out.
The only exception would be a mascot, like a kid with an illness who had it as a wish or something. Like that Sunderland kid but as others have pointed out, I'm sure there's other kids with illnesses that support Cov.

Why would any 87 hero want to walk out on this occasion of a cup at this level. Dumbs down their true achievement.
Leave with our manager at the point of the game (assuming its Robins) After all, 3 other managers have contributed towards this day, what does it matter.

It should be Robins he is the current manager (hopefully still), Oggy hasn't been doing charity work at the club he has been paid and has had solid income from the club for over 30 years.
