Enough room for a nifty little new stadium slotted in there?

I'm sure I saw quite a bit of space around it.

Nope, it's in Nuneaton and Bedworth which is an absolute red line apparently. It's a dreadful location, even worse than the Ricoh.

Haven't people going there brought the M6 to a standstill?
I don't get people that go mad for things like this and black Friday. Fair enough if there's something you need / want that's massively reduced but its all stuff they've got piled up in a warehouse and can't sell.

Have seen people coming out saying that it's only 10% off some things anyway.

I went in when it was full price and to be honest it was pretty shit anyway, bring back Makro.

It will be the same at Next and others from Boxing Day onwards, just a stock cleanse exercise to get rid of the tat that hasn't sold in the previous 11 months.

Agree on "dreadful location"...from my retail experience whoever agreed to it needs sacking. Yes it is worse than the Ricoh..

I think it would work, easy construction of a roundabout at Silverstone drive, and it seems the potential for lots of space for parking off Wilson's lane. Plus its only 400M from the Ricoh so boundaries are fairly irrelevant.

Used to go there when Trek had a store inside Leekes, always dead in there and pain to get too. Would be funny as fuck to have a 20k stadium side by side aga8nst the Ricoh however!

I wondered what the sudden raucous laughter at the tills was about.

Palmer and Harvey is closing down too there massive depot next to the Village Hotel, always thought that would be a good area for a stadium. Next to Canley train station, on the A45, a walk over Hearsall common to the pubs of Earlsdon and Craven St, not to far from the city centre,a nice neat football stadium would fit in perfect!

It is a shame SISU don't have the intent or money to build a new stadium.

We all agree though don't we, that we either need a new stadium or a big chunk of Ricoh revenue.

I thought people kept saying Wasps are trying to screw us over. If they are doing so and continue to do so we have to build a new stadium.

It's not rocket science and some seem to just keep focusing on Sisu. Sisu won't be here forever (even though it does seem like it) and new owners will have exactly the same problem.

It's not just about Sisu, it's about taking the club forwards.

Seems to me our only hope at the moment is for the Wasps project to fail here.

Access is even worse than the Ricoh. Especially on foot.

Yes, agree. I personally wouldn't want it there at all.

I do think it is important however if we identify any potential sites. We need to look past Sisu. They won't be here forever and our future needs sorting.

Evans Halshaw is a trading name - it’s owned by Pendragon. They will have a franchise agreement with a manufacturer - Sytner own Land Rover Jaguar and BMW in Coventry.

I do know the site has approval to be a motor retailer.

It's a big site, it sounds more like one of those car superstore type things than a branded dealer?
