I remember one years ago that was allowed to stay because he had a cat. Another one was allowed to stay as he had just started a relationship a couple of weeks before the court case.We can't send murderers back to their own Country for trial. because of a "Breech of their human rights". What about the rights of those they murdered?
We can make our own laws. But the EU can change them if they want. We have to follow their rules and laws.

Depends how bad what it is that we do. Could be financial. Could be sanctions. Rebates could be stopped. They make a lot of it up as they go along.
Have they made a law that says abortion is legal?Like what? Why is it that in Ireland abortion is illegal? Why can you go into a coffee shop in Amsterdam and buy and smoke a spliff?
Have they made a law that says abortion is legal?
Have they made a law saying that you can't have a spliff?
So to you it makes the rest of what they make us do OK?
We do as they say so no. All countries normally do. If there was no comeback why don't we just do what we want? Or are you making out that we don't have to do as they say?Could you provide us with examples of when this has happened before?

And ignored any questions you can't answer.I've asked for examples and for an explanation as to why each EU country has different laws.
And ignored any questions you can't answer.
So are you saying that we don't have to follow their rules and regulations? Are you trying to make out that there isn't any?
Who can fail to find that hilarious? Time, after time, after time...
Why not? Wouldn't the country in question just issue a European arrest warrant? We can't send murderers back to their own Country for trial. because of a "Breech of their human rights". What about the rights of those they murdered?
Do you agree that we have to let anyone to live here from the EU?I'm waiting for you to provide specific examples? I've already pointend out that EU countries can make their own laws.
Do you agree that we have to let anyone to live here from the EU?
Do you agree that we are not allowed to make trade deals with any country outside the EU?
Are you trying to make out that their rules and laws don't supersede ours?
Are you trying to say that there isn't any as everyone else knows the truth. After Internet Points again?
You could very well be looking at one if SISU win the JR in the EU courts. Something that has gone through the UK Legal system 3 times to date.Regulating like maternity pay and a set number of holidays per year? You are the expert at ignoring questions.
I'm still waiting for examples of when UK laws have been reversed by the EU. Can you explain why each EU country is free to make its own laws?
OMG more twisting of words or the truth. Why not? Wouldn't the country in question just issue a European arrest warrant?
Its not true to say we can't stop convicted criminals entering the country either. The citizenship directive maintains that free movement can be restricted for public policy, public security or public health reasons.
Why are you ignoring the question and responding with your own?
Again, can you please provide examples to back up your previous posts? And can you also explain why EU counties have different laws?
So the previous post was mine giving the answers you asked for and Torch agrees with youWhy are you ignoring the question and responding with your own?

The notion that countries in the EU are unable to make their own laws is absurd. Can you explain why it is that law is different in each EU country? Why did you claim earlier that the UK is the only country try in Europe with reliable drinking water?
Make that two....Why are you ignoring the question and responding with your own?

If we are no longer a part of the EU it would surely just mean we are more able to pick and choose the directives we feel would be most to our advantage? Thats a good thing. If you work in the environmental sector as I do, then opting out of the EU Directives on air and water qualtiy for example would be a disaster - the UK has done quite well with these issues in the last few years - incredibly important for heatlth and well being, and knock on effects for the NHS and cost of living (we have a cheap and readily available water supply) etc...
Leaving would also erode the rights for equal pay and minimum wage etc..
Staying in offers the opportunity to push fo reforms - which are needed, and not just on immigartion (which is not the key issue - the economy is), but things like agricultural policy - again we want not maintain affrodable food I'm sure.
We would end up competing with Europe in a global market, rather than working with them.
Sick Boy will call it all made up as it is the Mail.
That is some claim.... and I don't believe it. I live in Germany and our water is great. Cannot speak for every country though, but there are EU regulations on water quality.
Can we have a list of what proof isn't allowed? What a joke. They show how bad things have become.Using links to the Daily Mail AND Daily Express to try and demonstrate a point.
Oh dear!
Can we have a list of what proof isn't allowed? What a joke. They show how bad things have become.

The downside is that the modern politician appears to care more about growing the economy to feed their coffers than they do about the about the general quality of life of people that are a part of that economy.
...onwards & upwards PUSB
Can we have a list of what proof isn't allowed? What a joke. They show how bad things have become.
I asked how many countries have the water quality good enough to drink. How about making a proper comment about the papers showing how bad the EU laws are for us?It's a lie and one that 'Astute' had chosen to ignore as he can't back it up.
