Bit of an overreaction IMO to start throwing around things like we are finished. Was there actually anyone who thought SISU would win this? And was there anyone who though once they lost they wouldn't try taking it to Europe?
If they can't I'm sure they'll find another way to keep things going.Has it been suggested they will try escalating to the ECJ? They weren't allowed to do so for JR1....

Who doesn’t bother you no mark prick, don’t go every home game now can have unavoidable family commitments, but done over half now plus a number of away, how many do you need to go to to join your club.
Nick please let people have their say disagree maybe but if their posting on here they have an interest in the club and should be heard without snide remarks whenever they post.
That was 2 hours before the appeal court announcement though wasn’t it, the goalposts have shifted a bit now surely.I assume you missed the other post on the Butts thread at 11.37am?
The EFL have effectively passed the decisions on if CCFC can play and where to their members.

Please Lord, let this be the end of the legals.
I'm perhaps one of the few people here who doesn't mind seeing the Council dragged into court, I think they've got a lot to answer for, but trying to escalate this up to the European courts whilst things are as they are, is madness.
In truth I'm not completely clear that there's a direct path to appeal to the European courts in any case. Everything that I've read suggests that the UK court would refer the matter directly if there was a question of EU law that wasn't clear - that doesn't seem to be the case here. I think if SISU are determined to keep going with the legal action, they'll need to start an entirely new claim. On what basis could they do that, I wonder?
That will be a no then. Good form.Posting fuck all mate, take my word or piss off.
Why not?Posting fuck all mate, take my word or piss off.
Don’t know how to for a start, and I don’t cowtow to arseholesWhy not?
Fake news I think, that's not what the Times article says, and I can see no evidence that St Andrews has been ruled out. More's the pity, because playing there isn't acceptable, and there would be no end to it in sight. It was OP on the thread BUTTS. Which reported what was apparently in theTimes, haven’t read it personally myself, don’t read Murdoch gutter press, but quoted what was said. Which was St. Andrews was disqualified due to being too far away.
Significant day to day in this sorry saga, I think we can see a small light at the end of what’s been a dark tunnel struggled to find the tunnel before, conspicuous by his absence today our Nick don’t you think.Sorry but ‘cowtow’ ffs ha ha
Don’t put Nick on a peddle stool.

Ha I've been circuit training this evening and out at work. Do you want me to post my Fitbit screenshot?
Not really absent, the same as the past week or so where I haven't been on as much
Just a side note, next time you are posting when matches are on can you share your home broadband with the rest of us at the ricoh? Most be decent WiFi.
As said unable to go as much nowadays, there are reasons.Ha I've been circuit training this evening and out at work. Do you want me to post my Fitbit screenshot?

Saving myself for the match thread on Friday, I won't pretend to be there though as I forgot there were games on when I volunteered to cover at work.Just the 42 posts today now. Pathetic. Not many proper ones in this thread though.
In other words. "I ain't paying fuck all".Posting fuck all mate, take my word or piss off.
Probably shouldn't have made a charity bet about it then?As said unable to go as much nowadays, there are reasons.

Like most of his posts he's made it up in his headWas that in a later article or something? The short piece in this morning's paper only says "The Times has learnt that the 4,000-capacity Butts Park Arena in the city has emerged as a second ground-share option for Coventry along with Birmingham City’s St Andrew’s".
I most definiely do NOT want us to play in Birmingham, but as far as I can see it hasn't been ruled out.
Read the OP in the BUTTS thread.Like most of his posts he's made it up in his head
