Yes... but, this morning, they are now laughing & joking about what really were the CCFC 'golden years'.Is it really the case that some of our players were laughing and joking with the opposition after losing at Portsmouth and yesterday?
They dont deserve the away support they get and il stand by that. We constantly sell out allocations the length and breadth of the country, and supporters are rewarded with garbage and spineless performances regularly.
Il also stand by wanting Austin and Williams gone. One has pissed our once in a generation chance of cash up the wall, the other has seen keepers regress under him and when made defence coach we've turned into one of the poorest defences in the league in the 10 months he's been in post
Id never tell fans not to go, people can do what they like of course. I'm saying the players don't deserve the amazing fans we have on the road
They need a good talking to. I bet there wasn’t one of those Cov fans who filled the away end at Pompey and Norwich, who felt like laughing and joking. I know it ruined my Saturday night, made worse by the fact that having lived in Norfolk for a number of years, I have a number of friends who are season ticket holders at Carrow Road.Yes... but, this morning, they are now laughing & joking about what really were the CCFC 'golden years'.
Low carb diets aren't a fad. Plenty science behind the fast 800 keto. I did it a couple of years ago and lost well over a stone in three weeks. Not to be followed for longer than three months though.Wouldn’t be advocating a low carb diet (or any kind of fad diet). Appreciate everyone is different. I assume you more mean processed carbs like pasta / bread etc. Trying to limit processed food is the big one. If you’re going to eat pasta and bread go for wholewheat and do it before big exercise days.
Also, the science between running and walking is entirely dependent on “how” you run. You will likely burn more calories for longer doing a 30 minute hill sprint session than you will pottering about for 2 hours. Appreciate knees, mobility and age are a massive factor here so in that sense walking is also great!

What are the risks?Ehhhh. Not really to be honest.
They’re very effective but have lots of risks and like all diets a poor recidivism rate.
They’re absolutely fine on a short term basis. What are the risks?

Losing weight was my only goal. Agree wholeheartedly with you that such restrictive diets are for the short term only and that the long-term goal is to establish a much healthier lifestyle, which will likely include some element of calorie restriction. That’s exactly the kind of thing I mean. I realise sometimes these diets help people “lose weight” (although the focus shouldn’t really be on that).
It’s unhealthy long term, so therefore shouldn’t be done for longer than x-amount of months. People struggle for energy so don’t exercise properly. Like don’t get me wrong, they work for some people (often in the short term only), but are never going to be better than a good diet which focuses on unprocessed food (which includes carbs) and exercise.
Fair play for losing weight if that was your goal though!
Why do you always wants everyone to be "two-footed"? Seems quite a violent response. The guy shared a joke with a mate, not that bad.Lampard should be fuming with that. He should have 2 footed lati in front of the fans while he was laughing with their player.

people won’t pay the money to watch dull football
Guess who got a thesaurus for Christmas!Ehhhh. Not really to be honest.

Shame I didn't realise this 50 years ago. In all seriousness, people won't pay to watch a dull film or play but they WILL to watch their team play, regardless.
If we had lost 2-0 and barely had a kick of the ball on Saturday there would have been less criticism of the team than getting within 5 mins of winning the game lolTBF lads we lost at Norwich last season after leading (and Haji Wright missing a glorious chance to put us two up)
The ironyIf we had lost 2-0 and barely had a kick of the ball on Saturday there would have been less criticism of the team than getting within 5 mins of winning the game lol
People can’t be rational about this football club right now.
I thought it was a minor miracle that we got to 90 minutes still 1-0 up, the lack of game management once added time was announced is a big concern to me. I want to see pointless subs that wind the clock down and disrupt their momentum, Dovin getting a shithouse yellow for taking too long, players throwing themselves to the ground and pretending to be injured like what happens constantly at the CBS. We're still far too nice!I think in retrospect we should have just sat in after it went to 1-1, as disappointing as it might have felt to draw.
That's where leadership on the pitch is required. We have none at all.I thought it was a minor miracle that we got to 90 minutes still 1-0 up, the lack of game management once added time was announced is a big concern to me. I do find myself at a point where I'm starting to wonder whether I go to Coventry games because I actually genuinely enjoy going to them or because it's routine/part of my life.
Like, call me a fairweather fan or whatever but ultimately this is something we're supposed to do as a hobby, for fun, as a distraction from our relentlessly shit world and right now I'm not getting any enjoyment from it, and could invest the time, effort and expense elsewhere.
To have gone from the siege mentality, it's us against the world, we've all been through so much together and god damnit this is our year 22/23 squad to this band of mercenary non-entities has been a hell of a jolt.
I took a load of shit at a pub quiz in Norwich last night... All (mostly) good natured piss taking and my only defence was 'At least you know what it feels like when you lost identically to Cardiff earlier in the season...'They need a good talking to. I bet there wasn’t one of those Cov fans who filled the away end at Pompey and Norwich, who felt like laughing and joking. I know it ruined my Saturday night, made worse by the fact that having lived in Norfolk for a number of years, I have a number of friends who are season ticket holders at Carrow Road.I’ve taken some stick today…..
If Lati just hoofs the ball clear instead of playing silly buggers then that's how it ends.I think in retrospect we should have just sat in after it went to 1-1, as disappointing as it might have felt to draw.
Since 1997Seriously how long have you been supporting the Sky Blues?
