Makes it even stranger that MR reportedly pursued him for so long.
The footballing world isn’t massive, surely the due diligence was done.
So either the rumours are bollocks, we didn’t do our homework or MR thought he could manage it.
Regardless he’s poor at the minute and I prefer Binks.
this place is the fucking drains sometimesYou tell just from looking at him he’s a prick tbh.
Surely spells end for him? Can’t get game when we are so poor and chopping and changing.
think if we can cut our losses in Jan be best for all.

Agree. Snap hand off for some cash in Jan for him. That’s hopingSomething isn’t right. I can’t see him being here by next summer. Take what you can and cut out losses.
Lampard has 4 games as manager, he still needs time to figure out his best team and what he needs to improve the squad.Surely spells end for him? Can’t get game when we are so poor and chopping and changing.

He can't be a prick, he gave his shirt to a kid in Block 21 after the game yesterday. You tell just from looking at him he’s a prick tbh.

Loan is realistic. Only way I could see him going perm would be a cash and Kitching as opposed to just selling Kitching at this point.Think we need to be pragmatic with Kitching.
No club realistically is going to buy him in January and you have to wonder whether DK is going to willingly sanction a pennies on the pound deal for him if a miracle happened and one took a serious interest.
A loan is probably more realistic and better in the long term as it at least allows him to put himself out on the market for the summer.
Perhaps he don't need it anymoreHe can't be a prick, he gave his shirt to a kid in Block 21 after the game yesterday.
Still 1 more game for him at the CBS minimum.Perhaps he don't need it anymore
I do think it's telling that he's made changes at CB and Kitching still hasn't got a look in.
If he doesn't play over Christmas/New year in some capacity then I think it's safe to say he's not in the managers long term plans.
He’s only swapped Lati and Binks around twice. It really is too soon to say and if we win our next 2-3 games, I don’t think the team will change much because why would you change a winning team?
Lampard is still getting to know the team and the characters but one thing is for sure, we’re still conceding poor goals so at some point you probably have to consider playing Kitching.
Again, it’s 4 games in so you can take what you will from it… things rapidly change. The only constant in defence atm is Thomas and MVE. The rest of the spots are up for grabs. We're still conceding crap goals though. Even yesterday again it was really sloppy by all involved.
Like you said there's been rotation at CB to try and find a unit that works well together and FL hasn't opted for Kitching in the Starting XI.
For me, Lati coming in at LCB was a pretty big tell of where Kitching is in the pecking order.

I take the point that it's only 4 games, but again it doesn't look great for Kitching's future at the club when an it gets to the point where FL wants to shake things up and favours an inconsistent Latibeaudiere over him in his favoured position.
It's not really a case of taking what I want from it that's the reality at present.
He tried Lati at CB v Millwall and we kept a clean sheet which is a rarity this season so WBA was always going to be unchanged. You look at the soft goals v Cardiff and Hull Lampard may look to change things up again v Pompey. Personally, I think he should start Thomas-Kitching but that’s neither here nor there.
However, I doubt that because there needs to be some consistency with the lineup. Just as I criticised the chopping and changing of forward players, the same is true of the backline.
Lampard has given Tavares more minutes than Kitching, if that doesn't tell you your times up, then fuck knows what does!I do think it's telling that he's made changes at CB and Kitching still hasn't got a look in.

Not really a great comparison as you don’t tend to sub off your centre backsLampard has given Tavares more minutes than Kitching, if that doesn't tell you your times up, then fuck knows what does!

Ch ch ch ch ch changes
It’s not FM25 mate where we can cheat by ‘managing’ Man City to spend £100m on Kitching…Maybe Southampton or Man City would like to buy Kitching.
