Building muscle rather than burning fat. Not a bad thing thoughHammered the gym and circuits the last 2 weeks, eaten healthily and not lost anything
Strength wise can really feel a difference, cardio on the treadmill starting to get better and the same at circuits.
Wish it was getting ready for the football season though
Will try body fat % at the weekend to see if it's going down or not.Building muscle rather than burning fat. Not a bad thing though
Change your name to fat boy! :cigar:Tore some ligaments so took a break for a few weeks, smashed the gym over the last few weeks. Am only 5ft8 (and a half) but up to 14stone now.

Tank!!Luckily it is 'mostly' muscle
Sounds like torture, hate squatsBeen doing circuit workouts for a couple of months now. I love them. Today did leg circuit. 1 set is 10 80kg squats 30 sec rest, 20 lunges holding 17.5kg dumbbells, 30 seconds rest, 90kg leg press 30 seconds rest and 15 calf raises on the Smiths machine. I do that circuit 4 times and my legs are mashed for 3 days.
Got definition on my arms legs and back. Just struggling to lose the belly chub. Mainly because I love my beer I think.

I don't mind squats. Hate lunges. Kills me.Sounds like torture, hate squats
Well done Craig, truly an inspirationI've always been naturally skinny and weigh in at 11.5 stone. After a lot of hard work and a lot of unhealthy eating I've reached my target of 13 stone. Hooray!!
How do you have time to prepare them?Down to 11 stone 8 now, 5 meals a day, Training everyday. I'm not trying to lose anymore but the scales keep dropping.
Always try to do things like that but end up eating it if it's there!Just do it in bulk. The meals I have are quite quick and easy anyway. Stuff like beans, boiled eggs, steamed veg.

Anyone been/go to Revolution?
See that they have started doing an outdoor Bootcamp and a couple of lads from work fancy doing one but the one I go to is a bit late for them.
Been swimming lots down to about 78kg but now got pain in shoulder, back and neck. Had to rest for 3 days
No idea how you manage itim back on my 8 week hardcore trainer started yesterday at 182lbs, need to cut least 20lbs be pretty shredded for rest of the summer, no sugar no dairy no bread or fruit ugh!

I've done circuit training and gym today so about 1600 calories down with weights and cardio and I won't lose anything
Don't know how you do it. Takes some discipline that I obviously don't have haha.im back on my 8 week hardcore trainer started yesterday at 182lbs, need to cut least 20lbs be pretty shredded for rest of the summer, no sugar no dairy no bread or fruit ugh!

That's probably why I'm really struggling to lose the last bit of belly fat.
What pisses me off the most is that in my 20s I could eat the entire contents of my local kebab shop every day and not put on an ounce of weight. I'm 37 now and all I have to do is look at bacon sandwich and I feel like a fat fucker.
Going to the gym is the best thing I did though.
