well, they had to do some work on the ground to make it a little less shit than it was before the start of the season. so there are clearly some rules around it.
just saying, they have been dicking around with that tin-pot ground for years. doesn't hurt to hurry them along a bit.

We would've also had to do work on the ground if we'd got promoted.

Surely Hillsborough has to be up there as one of the worst

Three of the four stands at Hillsborough are amongst the best in the country IMO.

An old fashioned but modernised Main Stand, a classic Kop, and a futuristic 60s stand. Its just the Leppings Lane end that is incredibly poor.

When you consider it was built at the same time and to a similar style to our West Stand at HR its very poor in terms of comfort and facilities. Our West Stand was light years ahead of it.
