Awful performance Hamer MOTM and Waghorn second best performer.

No team can afford to miss the quality if chances that Gyo and O'Hare missed an expected to get something out of the game.

We have injuries but Robins got it wrong tonight.

Got it wrong? He played the only eleven fit players we have and at least three of them still weren’t fit.

All about squad size for me. We’re forced to play people who aren’t fit let alone on form and have no options but other unfit players to bring in.

It’s amazing that Waghorn is held to much higher standards than other players, he was definitely one of our better players tonight.

His high wages hangs over his head. Even back when he gave the penalty to Gyökeres at the first away game of the season fans hammered him.

I thought Luton were poor. We were genuinely unlucky. Couple of penalty half-shouts, three good chances where we’d expect to score. We seem a bit more fluid in midfield with Hamer and Maatsen combining well.

Genuinely disappointed.
Yeah, Luton who are so poor and have done the double over us.

Waghorn was better than O'Hare when he came on.

Saying that he was also better than godden and gyo. I'd have preferred tavares on with waghorn just behind.

If that's the case, then he'd of been left on to support Godden/Gyo with Tavares.

The pinnacle was running over to the right wing to take a free kick and dummying it.

I don’t think there was a good performance throughout the outfield passes we’re sloppy, control & first touch by forwards not good enough, in fairness in his twelve minutes Tavares shown he could be considered for more minutes but who should partner him.

Gyökeres demanded the call off him.
They're probably the same fans who'd seriously re-sign dross like Biamou.

We lost the game in the space of one minute in the first half - we miss and they score from a poor goal

we concede first many many times. Amazed he played godden as long as he did. Don’t see a lot happening on Saturday and the thin squad has exposed is now

So much wrong with that performance. Weird decisions too. One thing that really annoyed me at the end too; Why put Taveres on, when his whole thing is pace, then bring him back for corners and have him play deeper than Gyokeres?! Just let him run!!

We still didn’t deserve to lose.

Anyone going to pounce? No? As per

It's a pacey difficult ball, it's a half chance. He should score more but you have blinkers on with him. We would be fucked without him but you can't see beyond his misses.
Like I said, when it comes to shooting he is judged compared to a 9 year old on a Sunday. "He got it off the ground this time"

There are no blinkers, just facts. "Yeah but if he scores one he will get loads"

Hamer looked today like the hot shot school superstar playing in the C team at school. He was everything we needed him to be and it was clear he is miles above anyone else at the moment. Hamer and Allen in the middle, the contrast in quality couldn't be any further away.

I think you're right , squad size now playing a role in the way things are going ..

I can't believe we played with two strikers and lost?

Well if all you do for a game is waste chances then concede awful goals frankly yes you do deserve to lose. That’s the crying shame of the season.

Team after team playing crap and winning simply because they have someone who can shoot.

Terrible result, but MR knows what is missing and knows what he needs to fix it. It's going to take a bit of work but I'm sure he will get it done. As for this season we can't just let it slip away, we need to see more than the 57 pts last year and a top 10 finish would be nice. But it's frustrating couple of performances with the same issue of not taking our chances and really getting punished. Story of a season of what could of been but still points to play for that's for sure

Honestly you are clueless, you run a good forum but know fuck all about the game beyond "yeah but did they score" same with the Hamer haters.

Luton were a well drilled, physical side. Their yellow cards were carefully spread out round the team. They didn't look a particularly good footballing side tonight though. I suppose they'd worked out they didn't need to be.

Otherwise, the usual from us. Looking generally in the ascendancy but failing to score, then conceding. Oftentimes we'll get a last-minute equaliser, but not tonight.

I though Viktor had the best chance when Hamer put him through. Hamer was our best player. Waghorn does running-around stuff but I just can't see him making or scoring goals.

I know about the game, it was a bad miss. There was also the bad dive.

He only pays because we randomly let that prick bright come back as his competition.

He doesn't score and he is slipping down the assists count. "Yeah but he gets fouled".
