Anyone notice on twitter marcus browne and jodi jones tweeting each other?



Potentially happening? I can see Slade wants him on loan, I know its just a tweet but surely something to think about?

Jones is not even good enough for League One yet. To go to West Ham would be a crazy move for him.

Best learn his trade here and slowly force his way into the side.

That was when we bought him, he was offered contracts by West Ham and Arsenal

Not one to write off a signing before they've joined (as I hadn't heard of Adam Armstrong before he came to us) but this kid has only made one senior substitute appearance from what I can see (in the Europa League, early rounds).

Problem is, Venus even said we need bodies in to help the youngsters, so signing another kid is puzzling, although I do know Clarke and Beavon are here to help the youngsters too. Hopefully he's better than his teammate Page.

Yes, overall recruitment was fine last season, apart from the Hunt, Ramage, Henderson signings. This season was universally poor. TM made mistakes like getting rid of players before replacements had been secured. Not sure why they got it so wrong in the summer. They had four months to sort it out.

JJ and Bowne started in the same Senrab Sunday side aged 6 and played for their District and London sides through their school years.
They also played together at West Ham Academy
They often exchange messages so could be about anything
