I'm sorry - what are you saying? The charity involvement on ACL should be viewed dispassionately and not as a charity? I agree so if they get "screwed" its not screwing a charity but just another faceless private company.

If the Charity lose all the money they spent buying ACL because it goes bust then that's their bad luck. However there's no evidence pointing to ACL going bust yet and any claims by Mrs PWKH that ACL are going to have £Xm turnover or profit are just that, claims not audited accounts. On the other hand ACL are a private company, they were the ones charging our club rent not the shareholders. As a private company then they have a duty to their shareholders first and foremost.

As I said, the information was only for your pea brain to attempt to digest. It failed. To clarify: yes I do live abroad. No I am not a foreigner as I come from Whoberley which is in Coventry - as opposed to the Coventry area or elsewhere.

Yes I went to Sixfields as it was the only chance to see CCFC whilst I was in England. It was the pits. Nothing like the "good old days" in the West End. But it was handy having a hand car wash outside the ground.

I even saw Fisher and Waggot. Fisher trying his best to be cheerful and chatty with fans ( scabs according to you ).

Anyway go back to your cave or primitive hut with your fellow Neanderthals.

Is that the same Higgs that helped CCFC keep going by buying their ACL share with the offer to buy it back when they wanted with little if any profit from the sale?

If so, then the answer is yes, Sisu are stressing a charity.

A charity shouldn't really haave got involved in bailing out millionaire owners of a football club in the first place.

However, if anybody was to buy their share of ACL off them then they should be paid what that share is worth regardless, whether it's worth £20million or £10.

sisu did not pay the 29k because ACL and council worked with each other behind the scenes to screw ccfc over, sisu made them pay for that and rightfully so.

her husband did orcherstrate sisu out, in the most embarassing manner.

and now making threats that acl and ricoh will move on? she dont fcuk about ccfc any more than sisu do.

the fans are truly fucked in this one we might never come back.

Yes the fans are in the shit untill SISU are gone. That second statement you made is wrong. You have not worked out that the only way forward is to get rid of SISU.

They did help the club financially, but knowing full well there would be some return on the investment. They didn't donate the money to CCFC did they?

Nobody in ANY party had the desire to a) stop this nonsense occurring in the first place and b) get a deal done. ALL of them were too driven by personal motives.

Says the keyboard fan who repeatedly called me a "dumb prick" for acknowledging the work of the Higgs Charity and the financial contribution from the Higgs family to CCFC. You also called me a "shit fan" and a "scab". That is the language of primitive man or Neanderthal man. Short words - nothing too complicated.

If you read up on the rules regarding what a charity can and can't do with their funds it appears to me with the previous money that they loaned us (before the ACL share deal) whilst we were still at HR that they did everything they could for us without breaking the Charity Commission rules. They couldn't just give us money as that would have got them into hot water.

There was a formula in place for the sale of the share back to our club so that the Higgs didn't lose their money* if the club bought the share when ACL was struggling and limited the likely cost to our club if ACL was worth more than the club could afford.

* That is likely to be there to satisfy the Charity Commission rules.

No they did not know they would get a return. They must have thought that they would at least get their money back though. The motive was not looking for an investment to make money, but to save the Ricoh and regeneration effect on the area that it would have. That is covered loosely in the terms of their charity. They tried to sell their share, but SISU didn't follow through. They agreed 5,5 million, but SISU did not provide proof of funds and asked to pay 1,5 million cash and the rest later - without guarantees. So the deal fell through. Yes it is now personal, but it should still be possible to negotiate if there is a "commercial advantage" to be had by both sides. We are still waiting for someone to budge or maybe someone sensible to come in from outside. IMO

The deal as it was originally made was for it to be a short term thing, basically to ease cashflow problems the club was experiencing. It was essentially a pawn broker deal. We'll give you £6m or whatever it was now but we'll hold the share in ACL as security, when you've got the money to pay us back you can have the share back.

They also built the Cat 2 facility at which our Academy train. By making it dual purpose I.e. there being public use facilities there they could get away with spending that cash helping us out.

They thought they would get their money back at an agreed formula secured by their share. Not a return as in a risky investment, but as you said a sort of guaranteed loan.

Well they kind of did know they would get something, as they purchased half of ACL which we know meant they were entitled to revenues from stadium complex.

Don't get me wrong... They deserve their money back to continue their work. But this has gone way past that because of the people involved.

It is exacerbated by this line that people seem to take in highlighting the emotional impact. No one cares about that at Higgs, SISU, ACL. Their actions are driven by money.

If you need to sell it is worth what some one will pay for it. If you do not need to sell and offer it for sale it is worth what you want for it.

The same goes for the club as well of course, so nobody can say that it is "worthless" when they're expected to accept a one pound offer.

What are you Neanderthals on? Look, I am sorry if over estimated your IQ, but you do seem to have "learning difficulties". Higgs did not force CCFC to leave.

CCFC could have paid for their share, but didn't. This whole affair is a crazy miscalculation by a hedge fund. To blame the Higgs Charity for the demise of CCFC shows yet again that you are ignorant and have a comprehension problem.

Nobody forced CCFC away. They left of their own free will (or, at least, Sisu's free will).

They may be entitled to revenues from their half of ACL I haven't seen that information anywhere though. The fact is they haven't had any revenue from their share as far as we know, all the profits if any are reinvested into the Ricoh.

It was a £1 and the Debts as well , so SISU could have walked away with no loss and a £1 profit. That would have been to much as the shit way they run the CCFC for 5 years.

If all profit is reinvested into Ricoh complex why would SISU want to buy them? That doesn't seem to add up.

As I understand it ACL have reinvested any profits and the shareholders (charity and the council) have not taken any dividends. If someone else bought ACL then I doubt there would be any rules saying that they had to reinvest all the profits in the Ricoh. Might be wrong though, the council can take a dividend I think if profits are above a certain level (which is in the millions I think) but they haven't yet.
