He says that he is not employed by the club. Does this mean that he is spending his time on us for free? Or does he have another motive for his hours spent? Just asking the question as I am confused as to his role. BTW think that he is a pratt who will go the same way as others employed by Shitzu.

Think he said he was not employed by SISU. But is employed by the club

Sounds like he is more confused about his role than you are.

Correct.

My girlfriend is not a sky blue and only knows of this whole fiasco through my occasional rantings, but I played her the Eakin interview and she had a few interesting observations:
1) by going on the attack against ACL when asked about SBSL accounts, ML is trying to distract attention from the real issue which is hugely loss-making business activity;
2) it sounds like he, and probably SISU, genuinely believe they are entitled to own the Ricoh and that ACL are somehow cheating them from it;
3) ML's aggression sounds very much like they are trying to shut down all opposition to SISU and their moves; and
4) Like other SISU puppets he seems to be blaming everyone but the current board.

They are very good at misdirection even the stumbling and unconvincing answers are a set plan so we talk about them more than what he says..Sisu misdirect and have done this from very early in the ownership of the club, lots of faces lots of blame and all the time spinning a new angle..Very clever but very frustrating if like us all the truth is all we seek...

I'm not having the bolded bit. Giving them far more credit than they deserve.

OSB's excellent review of the accounts listed around £240k for 'Directors services', maybe his costs are in there. The more observant amongst us will note that that is more than the rent offers, I know which one I'd have spent the money on.

So what does Mark Labovitch actually do?

What would be the consequences for the club of him getting a debilitating case of genital warts rendering him unable to work?

My thoughts exactly. My original question was by whom was he paid. Nobody seems to know the answer.
