A step change has been needed for a while at our club, the negativity is deafening at times so something had to give.. I'm not suggesting for a second that what I'm about to say was "the" plan.. I think it was to get the Ricoh on the cheap, but I do believe now that...
Stay in Northampton for 5 or 6 games, get some passion roused in the fanbase... To the point where all they want is their team back.. The lucky part is the team playing aswell as they are.. Spout off that the council are this, they did that, we had no choice... But...
We listened to the fans, and have decided to bring the club back home, with a much reduced rent, deal on income streams.. All of a sudden fans are just happy to have there club back, a new optimistic and supportive attitude, 20'000 a week? Would you bet against it?
