CCFC are requesting feedback on the match day experience yesterday

I thought they had taken on some feedback and put more effort in.

The one thing is because the stand is shut so there are less toilets :(

Agreed - atmosphere better, but toilets etc struggled to cope with half time 'traffic'. I also hope the club have a plan to act quickly to open an extra area if the walk up demands it, otherwise they will lose fans on the day through inability to respond. Let's face it, if another thousand or two had turned up on Saturday, I'm not sure the club would have been able to react (turnstiles, catering etc) - or would they have just said bad luck and lost those customers? Hope not, and 'trust' those in charge have the plans in place.

Having 9,000 fans in one stand is always going to make busier toilets, not sure what they can do to help that. They can't build more toilets in the concourse can they.

I'd guess they have a rough idea on the number of walk ups they will get so can plan in advance for the possibility they will need to open more areas of the ground.

I imagine they'll be told to sit in the west stand. There was probably a couple of thousand seats empty in both the east and west stands put together.

Err that real ale pub 'The Royal Oak' wasn't open in the concourse behind block 36..........why not ? I had to endure a pint of pissy Carlsberg instead ! Are we not as worthy as the rugger buggers ?

The toilets are planned for the stand being full and it's no different to a lot of away stands when full.
Could do with some sort of barrier gangway at the outside walls/toilets to save crossing across the queues for food.
The toilet 'IN' door could do with removing along with surround and people should stop coming in the 'OUT' door and out the 'IN' door against the flow.
Some sort of satellite beer and food outlets (alla Wasps) would be nice with smoking barriers extended and half time to include.
Walking beer people with flags (alla wasps) dispensing bottles of beer in the crowd would be good.

Well it would be nice to have a sherbert in your seat but it wouldn't take long for some plonker to bung the bottle down the stand, hence it's not permitted at football.

Would be lovely in this weather, a bovril is fine on a cold Tuesday in January though!

The toilets were awful...long quest at h/t and people unable to read/understand/respect the 'in' 'out' entrances. Also the toilets seem to have rusted in places and really didn't look up to the job. Any more people there and they wouldn't have coped at all

I didn't have a problem with the toilet at half time. I just waiting 10 mins instead of rushing straight down. No queue and I Was back in my seat well before the second half kicked off.

Well the amount of people bringing beer into the stand on block 17 yesterday I thought they had relaxed that rule

It's hardly a crime, as long as folk don't behave as the authorities expect them to. I wouldn't bother myself, the lager tastes even worse in the plastic bottles.

It's about time they changed the rules and allowed beer in the stand. At the end of the day those that want to get drunk and cause trouble binge drink on the way to the game, have 2-3 at the ground before kickoff then another 1-2 at half time. Them drinking 1-2 during the match in their seat isn't going to make any difference.

I'd prefer to not get beer chucked over my head when I'm in my seat.

I get what you are saying in your first point but you just know if they allowed it would be flying everywhere and not very pleasant.

Didn't have any probs with toilet queues. Not much they can do about that one. Nice to see some city pictures dotted about. Wish the club crest inside the ground was same size as wasps one!

The ban on drinking in the stands isn't going anywhere anytime soon, so no use complaining about that.

Went down to the concourse as soon as the whistle went for HT and the queues we're enormous. Gave up on waiting not long after the second half had started. Pointless blaming it on there being more people in the stands - if they can't handle the number of people the stand was designed to hold then there's something wrong. Think there were some bars closed as well, which was a bit weird.

Kieran Crowley on twitter said they are having a meeting with the catering company this week and its all noted and will be brought up. He said ultimately its up to the catering company to provide it but its in there own interests to get it right

I read in Four Four Two magazine that the pint at a Cov match was 2.90. HAHA.
