Definite improvement to the squad. Still think the fee is a bit higher than I'd like (if it's accurate) but if he starts banging in the chances we've been wasting up to now then worth every penny.

Good luck to him.

Why are we signing players before 5?

Must mean there is one at 5 as well

Id guess this one was announced earlier because everybody knew already, wasn't a surprise one.

I think Rangers may have been complimentary about how we handled the John Fleck signing too at a time when other teams were like vultures circling their club.

We don't know what was paid (or promised to pay eventually).
Similarly we don't know what Chaplin was sold for

Let's view it as a straight swap

No, but there is to Goddenly Knows

Well there's his chant right there.

"#We say we'll always love you#
#As long as you pull on Sky Blue#
#You never need to doubt it#
#The back of the net you'll hit#
#Godden knows how we'd score without you#

for the boo-boys
#We may not always love you#
#If you're shit then we'll turn on you#
#We'll probably call you a tit#
#And make you want to quit#
#Godden knows we'd be better without you#

48 goals for 34 Cov apps is a very good return.

What are you going to complain about if we sign bright? You’re obviously fuming we’ve signed a goal scoring striker. You’d better line something up just in case mate

Pretty sure this would rule out a permanent Bright signing.

Would be a shame, if so. Bright would be the missing piece for me.
