I used to go out with a lass from Barnsley. Atho she and her family lived over towards Rotherham at the time.Oi. I live in Barnsley.
Did she take it up the shitter?I used to go out with a lass from Barnsley. Atho she and her family lived over towards Rotherham at the time.
Watched practically every game we played live home and away last 5 years. Living near London that's a big time commitment.Do you not watch any football other than us? He's been playing to a high level for the past decade when fit.
On the markJames is an excellent signing as a fill in for Kelly. Nothing more, nothing less. Just what we needed. His contract is up in the summer so we could have him on a free long term. He has to prove himself. next years budget will increase so wages we could offer would be more than adequate for a player at 29 and released by Leicester. Stay injury free and he could end his career at Coventry. Will he keep his place once Kelly is fit? Who knows. Kelly was awesome before his injury. So we have strengthened really well. What i don't see happening is Crowley. Don't think that is going to make us any stronger than what we have.
He’ll be the first one on ccfcforlife’s teamsheet every weekMattiey Jamehsz
Villa? We're a solid top half of the Championship club with outside chance of play offs once that's all sorted. Once in that position, no reason you can't fluke a promotion. Look at some of the crappy clubs that have littered the prem recently.

48th without counting the Wolves game in ‘67We were 17th in the all time attendance average up until 10 years ago
I was there one Sunday but it was closedHave you never been to Barnsley?
That thread they're just arguing that he's not the best but probably top 5. Good enough for me.
So what attracted you to this lunatic asylum?I try to stay clear of that site because it’s a lunatic asylum.
James is the best player I’ve seen in a Barnsley shirt in the past 15 years or so
I dont even think Stones is a good player now at Man City..if everybody was fit there he wouldnt be playing but he has been a bit better of lateI try to stay clear of that site because it’s a lunatic asylum. But I’ve just read that link, and one of them makes an excellent point, sums up my feelings too. Whilst I think James is the best player I’ve seen in a Barnsley shirt in the past 15 years or so. (obviously John Stones as gone on to be a better player, and was always going to, but in a Barnsley shirt he wasn’t in my opinion) I’d also say I’d rather have Hourihane over James, not because he’s better, because in my opinion he isn’t, it’s close but James edges it for me, but what Hourihane dose is better to watch, he was a edge of your seat type of player making exciting and entertaining things happen in every game, The same can be said about an in his prime Adam Hammill I’d take him over James but he’s not a better player but what he did was better to watch.

If there really is more lunacy on another forum (still finding it hard to believe) compared to this one - I'm signing up just for the entertainment value during lockdown.

Hopefully we have a striker in before the Wednesday gameRobins said 6 weeks originally. So, he's likely to return for either the Watford or Cardiff game based on the time frame.
