You could say the same about :-I like him as a bloke, he seems very committed to the club and has certainly made contributions to our success in the time he’s been here, however, he’s simply not good enough and shouldn’t be starting games for us in the Championship.

To his credit he does win a fair few flick ons. If MR must play him, he needs someone in close support, or its a waste.It isn’t picking Max it’s expecting him to play up front on his own, it isn’t working, the system of play isn’t working, players get knocked on , Sheaf, Shipley, Allen, question how many games do we win without them.
