Players don't automatically walk into teams and have a great time, we know Hamer's a great player but looks as though he's going to need some time there to adjust and reach his potential, no reason why it wouldn't be the same for the likes of Wright and Simms.

Wright has one goal/one assist from equivalent 4 games. Yes, Hamer's not a forward but was always a goalscorer. He had a terrible game versus Newcastle, but it's one of those things - like Wright having a terrible game last time out.
