First 2 games tickets got delivered to his house. So they definitely have his address.

Really sorry to hear they've been shit then. Only CCFC could secure a record breaking ST sale then screw up just getting people the tickets.

At least give us the option to pay for proper delivery rather than sending them out Wednesday and hoping Royal Mail get them delivered on time. My dad used to work for them and said doing that is a joke.

Still not received ours. My dads called all the numbers given all week and they’ve not answered once. Including the disabled specific number. Not going tomorrow.

We’ll be unsuccessfully asking for a refund for this game. Total useless bellends.

It’s poor from the club and unacceptable, not ideal but can you not go to the ticket office this morning and pickup paper tickets for today’s game?

Not going because you are pissed off or not going for other reasons? That’s a real shame if you aren’t going because of this poor administration.

To be honest why should he? The club should deliver by courier it’s pathetic- the commercial side of tbd business is embarrassing

I totally agree, it’s a shambles at the moment and there is no sign of it getting better.

Not going again tonight either. Working until 7pm and again, my dad isn’t in a position to get up there and they haven’t answered the phone again.

Turning into my personal blog this. I’ll shut up about it now.
Email seems to be the best way to resolve this stuff.

It’s pathetic, why can they not just send all the tickets out before the season starts, like every other club manages to do, I really can’t understand what they’re struggling with.

No excuses

Ticketmaster messed up
Stadium messed up with software
We are running the club on a shoestring although more staff are being taken on

Why it’s still an issue is beyond me

Anyone's kids still waiting for their JSB pack?

Had to hassle 5 times to different twitter/emails/chats to get season ticket delivered in time for the Boro match, and still no sign of the membership pack itself. Ordered it on 27th July...2nd day of the new ticket office opening. (EDIT - was the 2nd August we visited...but still poor!)

JSB contact at the club says:
"The packs are sent out on a monthly basis, so the pack should have been with you already. I will arrange for a new membership pack to be sent out now. Apologies."

Its all a bit shit. Just not matching the performance on the pitch with service off it. I have next to zero confidence we shall ever see anything arrive.

Complete appreciate that its only one kids supporter pack, but if it is a wider issue, then it cant be doing anything to enhance future support.

My nephew's pack (which was a birthday present from me) was delivered last week. I ordered very early in August (obviously it didn't arrive in time for his birthday, but that was expected)

it certainly seems to be beyond the club. Like yourself I am supportive of the club and understand that issues arise but for Hill to be still in this situation so far into the season is beyond reasonable.
in my world there would be a car waiting for Hill at seven to pick him up and then his dad and get them to the ground and in the best seats available as an apology for poor customer service.

I was in the ticket office yesterday and there were two fans in there complaining they still hadnt received their season tickets.

Went down the ticket office today. They’ve reissued my season tickets and I’ve been told to email them if I don’t receive them within 2 weeks. So looks like another trip soon.
My dad was so close to kicking off. They’ve got a sign up saying you are being recorded don’t kick off.

I do feel a bit sorry for them, but my dad mentioned the fact they never answer the phone. They said they can only answer it at certain times of the day. We’ve tried all times of the day for weeks and haven’t got through once. They say they are short staffed, there was 3 of them sat about when we were in there and one was on her phone. Now she might be on lunch break or something but it’s not a good look.

Feel you,pathetic tbh. Been replacemnt tickets for so money people for every game its not on. Were 7 weeks into the season ffs

I had mine reissued as I had moved. I think it took about a week from them doing it in the shop.

Fingers crossed you will get them.

Unable to log into my eticketing account... went through the process for missing client reference number, but this just leads to an error.

To be fair they said wait until Thursday then contact them, so I'm fully prepared to be driving up there in 5th and on fumes on Friday.
