Oh, not using it as any excuse by any means. It's on us to do better with our chances. Just frustrates me when we come up against a team that knows all the little tricks and the ref falls for it every time.

Unfortunately we are a good side with average strikers, and if we had a good striker we would be top six.

I think we've played pretty well today, I'd go as far as to say as well as would could play with the players available.
We desperately miss a player that can consistently play a quality pass in the final 3rd. I know I've said it before O'Hare would be brilliant in that box midfield with a player that that can unlock a defence with a quick bit of skill and a killer pass. Until we get that, we'll struggle to kill teams off as we just don't have the composure in our front 3 to score enough of the many half chances we create.
Gutted we've lost but not angry about it when the team have more or less played to their potential away from home.
