Could go one of two ways and to two very big extremes.

We lose Saturday with Bristol picking up points and the Millwall crowd will be by far and away the worst ever crowd at the Ricoh surely.

Win at Burnley coupled with a Bristol loss and we could have a quite healthy crowd.

If the 2nd scenario happens the club should slash match day prices across the board to encourage fans to turn up.

Just feel that should we lose on Saturday it is going to be like a ghost town inside the Ricoh next Tuesday.

I m kind of glad we lost yesterday, it means we will have to win the next game and avoids complacency ;)

Yeah. I'm sure all AT is doing is keeping it all fesh and exciting for the fans.

Yeah...a win at Burnley is a MUST!! Nothing else to say on the matter...don't care how ugly it is!

why not charge £10 a ticket for adults for the last two home games

Because halving the price doesn't double the attendance.

Though I agree it's the right thing to do

a) after the season city have had
b) to create an atmosphere where the players might have the chance to pull of the unthinkable and avoid relegation

The final game of the 2001/02 season saw Burnley play Coventry City at Turf Moor, already relegated Stockport County had to beat Norwich City or Burnley had to score more goals than The Canaries to grab the final Play-Off place, but it didn't start to well.

After only a few minutes, Stockport's goalkeeper Andy Dibble was sent off at Edgeley Park and Norwich were firm favourites to stuff County… but amazingly they were only winning by two goals coming up to the final whistle.

Already one up against Coventry, Burnley were in control at Turf Moor, but just couldn't put the ball in the net. If there was one man to save the day, that man was Paul Gascoigne!
Stan Ternent had no choice, the game needed him and the fans wanted him. He replaced Ian Moore with 7 minutes to go with Turf Moor hoping Gazza could be the man save Burnley's fading hopes of glory… and it almost happened.

In the last minute, Burnley won two free kicks on the edge of the penalty area, it was in the script that Gazza was going to step up to fire Burnley in the top six. Turf Moor was silent, his strike for Tottenham against Arsenal in the 1991 Cup Final was fresh in the memories of everybody in the ground… but the Coventry 'keeper Magnus Hedman made two wonderful saves to stop Gazza's tremendous attempts.

The unlucky Burnley team were pipped to the Play-Offs by Norwich City by the Goals Scored rule, and after half a dozen games with no goals, Paul Gascoigne played his final match for The Clarets.

Remember Lee Hughes following him around like a rash for the last two minutes of the game.

Not trying to do his bit for the team you understand but just so he got Gazza's shirt at the end before anyone else got it!!!

A win at Forest was a must.
A win vs Peterboro was a must.
A win (hell, even a draw) at Bristol was a must.

When this team must win, they (sadly) seem to fall short. :thinking about:

Draw at Burnley and win the 2 home games leaves us on 46 points going into the last game, still plenty can change with teams at the bottom playing one another.

we have to get 4 points more than Bristol over the next 4 matches!!! Non of the games are easy! Can't see it happening...Bristol on a decent run back to back wins, I have consigned myself to watching 3rd tier footie next season...Just hope some kind of takeover/reinvestment is done to ensure we are competiveness in a very difficult League 1:blue:
