Sure it depends on overheads as well? It is income vs expenditure that determines how big your workable margin is.

600k plus from one game at Wembley plus the players they sell in the summer, they shouldn't need to sell any season tickets to be better off than nearly all the league.

I am sure they will come up with plenty of excuses as to why the budget is tiny
