And we'd still be in the championship if you'd bought some players and didn't get us in embargo every season

The admin process was flawed, therefore ACL were right to reject it.

"Sadly because there are so many different versions of events it's quite understandable that supporters don't know what to believe"...Empathy???!

"Let me assure everyone, whether there are 1,000 or 7,000 supporters inside Sixfields each week, it is going to be at a huge cost to SISU for the next three years"...Still have my doubts they'll see it through when investors shun them! NOPM...stay strong & STAY AWAY!

"They don't expect any sympathy for that..." Just as well.

This man is an absoute
Stroker. He really wrote that garbage.
Unbelievable...I guess he knew that most of those who went to the game and bought a programme are not anti sisu so somewhat of a captive audience?

No mention of the Judicial Review farce in his comments which although may not have had a direct effect on the club losing 10 points certainly didn't help in allowing for amicable relations between the two parties. Their total intransigence over the whole 'rent' saga and their attempts at putting ACL out of business to get the Ricoh at their own price probably hasn't helped much either. Blame on both sides but the more Fisher opens his mouth the more I despise him. Cnut.

"So there is absolutely no doubt, we persued a deal to stay at the Ricoh Arena. Indeed for months, we were told we were not recognised as the club and therefore neither ACL and the Council would deal with us.

Because you weren't the club. You even admitted at the forums that the football league at the time also didn't recognise you as the club.

"What has been said in public recently has not matched what has happened in reality. The plea from the Council Leader to meet had no substance and was followed, just days later, by the voting down of the CVA days later, by the voting down of the CVA - is that a real sign of an organisation that wants to negotiate in good faith?

What do you mean had no substance? Did she turn you down? Why haven't you mentioned it? Or are you conflating ACL and CCC for your own needs and using the CVA as an excuse not to talk?

"I know many feel that they have to stay away on principle because they don't want to give money to the owners. Let me assure everyone, whether there are 1,000 or 7,000 supporters inside Sixfields each week, it is going to be at a huge cost to SISU for the next three years.

Just pure, unadulterated bullshit. Firstly how does Sisu still losing money help someone who wants them to lose as much as possible? And secondly (and the dark side of NOPM that if he was smart he'd have played on instead) none of this, the legal fees, the bullshit bowl, the loss of revenue from the petulant move out of the Ricoh, NOPM, will cost Sisu a penny. CCFC will be laden with the "loans" and will be accountable for every penny.

"They don't expect any sympathy for that but instead, will work to ensure we return the club to the Coventry area as soon as possible on terms that are good for the football club and not because someone is pointing a gun to our heads."

The last paragraph is interesting to me. Fisher is either trying to get the few fans turning up into thinking that things will be sorted out with the Ricoh soon.....but on their terms, or Fisher knows they have to get us back in Coventry but without him losing face. But would this tie in with the supposed new grounds lack of planning? Don't sound like there are plans for a new stadium to me.

Basically SISU have screwed themselves over, because they have to fund the club for 3 years or sell at a price which will not return all the debt owed. NOPM is working and SISU needs to get us back to the Ricoh asap. Trouble is as ACL have stopped working at a compromise agreement its all on dim tims shoulders to go cap in hand..... He whines more than a group of three year olds doesn't he.

having read the 'tosh' imho, from fish, i've never read such duplicitous, one sided nonsense in many a decade,
to defend the actions of themselves & then summarily blame any / every other party, is nothing short of junior school playground drivel

yes made me cringe as well he speaks with total disregard for everyone just as he did at the forums. He is supposed to Sisu's spokesman but no one can even look at him when he speaks.

Sorry but i believe we are Fooked.

If that's the truth then the accounts he signed must be fraudulent - and the creditors, including ACL, relied upon those fraudulent financial statements!

It's only part of the truth and I am happy to accept that acl rejecting the cva on behalf of Alan Higgs and CCc led to a 10 point deduction

None of us know the full truth and you could as easy say CCfc caused the loss by refusing to pay rent

If Fisher or his minions are reading this (we believe they do) its really quite simple.... you wanted to break the current Ricoh contract and did, you wanted to move the club out and did, you chose to pay in Northampton and are....if this now does not suit then your actions are simple, firstly drop the judical review which helps no one and secondly write a letter to ACL stating that if an offer of £150,00 a year in L1 £100,000 in L2 and £400k in championship tied to a ten year lease is available then we would like to discuss making this happen...that should then give you time to get to the top of the curve and sell......but of course we all know you wont.
