More Injuries (1 Viewer)

Unless anyone's got evidence we have more injuries than the average, or vs. other teams in the same League, this just feels like trying to find someone to blame for something that just happens - athletes get injured. It's sh*t, but it happens.

No one would be happy

Yok is taken off after 50 mins for walker and we lose
No one is suggesting that. We have used 5 subs in 2 out of 36 matches. 4 in 5. They have been loads of instances where players are playing knackered when someone of equal quality is sat on the bench eg Burnley away BNC out on his feet after 70. Burnley could see it the goals comes directly through that area and Burroughs is sat I on the bench until the 90th minute.

I heard a discussion a while ago about the England cricket team, part of the analysis they do with the data they get from those vests is to have all players in one of three zones, red, amber or green. Essentially green is all good, amber is ok and red is should be getting rested and not playing as there's an increased risk of injury.

Suspect due to our squad size, or more accurately the quality of some of our squad players, our players are putting a lot of minutes in while in the red zone.

Swansea fans did Gyokeres was one of the worst players they'd ever seen so the comment about Preston fans doesn't hold much weight.

It was obviously a speculative punt and looks like being an awful signing, but Robins is impressed with his technical ability but not his application in training. That's on Maguire, not Robins.
TBF Maguire had been at Preston many seasons and was being used less and less, I think their view of him as a player is from a broader perspective than Swansea fans view of Vik
